We bought this bag for our vacation after a shoulder bagpack was suggested for our week-long Disney trip!It held up very well and was able to hold all of the misc items we needed in the parks. It rained at various times every day and we were able to brush the water right off with nothing seeping in!This was the only bag we carried consistently all week!Highly recommended!
First of all, let me make it clear that I LOVE bagpacks. They just seem so much better for carrying your stuff on the daily. I'm a guy so purses are kinda out of the question but I want to carry my gadgets because I'm technologically inclined and I like using my stuff on the go. But I don't want to carry a camping backpack or a messenger bag around. I want something small but spacious enough to fit all of my items. This bag is a candidate and I hope it will become my daily bag for a couple of years at least. The first thing I noticed is that the bag is smaller than I expected but it's not necessarily bad. Small bags means it takes less space and will be lighter. The one draw of the smaller bag is that it forced me to give up on using a cable organizer pouch I had for all my cords (the Ecross Basics one). But I've learned to use the front pocket as the "pouch" for those cords. As you can see in the pictures, I am able to carry a lot of items. A 9" tablet, bluetooth keyboard and mouse, two portable consoles, Power Bank, Bunch of cables, bunch of flash drives, portable hard drive, and some other small stuff. All of these items fit perfectly in the bag without feeling like they are overfilled. The bag has two main zippers and two smaller sleeves to hide more stuff in. The one in the back is used to hold my power bank in case I need to use it while on the go with a cable coming out of it to my phone. It's very practical. The build quality feels nice but time will tell how long it will last. I will update if anything happens. The bagpack gives you the option to change which shoulder you want to rest it on by clipping to the right or left bottom loop. I like that the adjustment strap is held to the main strap with a loop so that it does not hang freely and get caught into objects. The side pouch for bottles is a nice addition and I am currently using it to hold my medication bottle. It has a tightening elastic band that you can use to keep smaller bottle from falling out of it.Overall, the bag is very nice and spacious on the inside. It is smaller than the pictures tell but it's up to you whether you need more space or not. I'd recommend it.
I am a Man. I am a bag NUT!This Bag is the BEST EVER. My girlfriend and I saw one on a college student in the grocery store, searched, found, bought. We travel a bit, my passport and cash fit into the pocket on the back hidden pocket nicely. My wallet and cellphone easily fit into the front pocket. Middle pocket holds, camera, flashlight note cards, pens ,,crap like that. An 8 1/2" x 11", notebook will fit into the big pocket but it's a little tight so I got a touch smaller one which is 7 1/2" x 9 3/4", PERFECT!!!With that stuff in it I then managed to fit a 1.50 liter of Rex Goliath, The 47# Rooster "Free Range Red" bottle of wine in the middle pocket, zipped.oh,, oh,, wait there's more!I have a little thermos/water bottle that will fit in the side mesh pocket. This bag is big on the inside and small on the outside, you can put a lot of stuff in it without it looking bloated!
Whether riding a bike through your neighborhood, stopping by the gym, visiting a theme park, or enjoying an outdoor music festival, you don't necessarily want to carry a regular backpack which becomes heavy after several hours of use. This teardrop shaped bagpack offers minimal weight, great functionality, and is so comfortable that it can be worn all day. You'll be surprised by how much you can fit into this bag. Constructed of a durable water resistant material, this bag comes in a number of colors and measures 12.6" across the bottom, 18.9" high, and 5.1" deep. The majority of this bag's storage space is found in its fully lined main compartment which provides enough space that I was able to fit a pair of athletic shoes, and set of gym towels. On the rear wall of the main compartment is a pocket that's approximately 8.5" across can fit a small tablet about the size of a Ecross Fire, an iPad mini, or other small electronics gear. The front of the bag has a fully lined 8" across triangular shaped zippered compartment that's large enough to fit my camera, sunglasses, keys and other smaller items. Behind that compartment is another fully lined 12" long triangle shaped zippered compartment that has a 6" deep open nylon cell phone pouch and two pen sleeves along the rear wall along with storage space. The left side of the bag provides access to a 9" long x 6" deep zippered compartment that provides a more secure "hidden storage" area along the back of the pack. The back of the pack has thick mesh padding which provides air flow to the wearer's back and helps make the bag more comfortable to wear for long periods of time, and the bag has a nylon carry handle/hanging loop at the very top. Finally, the bag's adjustable shoulder strap is wide and thickly padded with air mesh on the inner aspect to provide air flow for the wearer's comfort, and it has a glasses loop, and a 4" long zippered pocket for keys or small change. The shoulder strap can be switched to the either side using the D rings located at the bottom of either corner, and it feels comfortable whether worn on the front, back, or cross body. This bag could definitely come in handy for day trips to theme parks, to take to the gym, the pool, or when biking or hiking, and the water resistant material will keep my stuff dry in case it rains. It looks great, is well made, and highly functional.Sample provided at no cost by manufacturer for evaluation purposes.
Let me start by saying that I bought this for my husband to take on our trip in a couple of days, and it is so nice that I'm ordering myself one to use daily, which is saying something, because I am kind of a designer bag snob, to be honest.PROS: This thing has so many different pockets. I took a picture of my water bottle, which fit in every single pocket, except the little pocket on the strap, which fit a pack of tic tacs. (This pocket would be good for cash). All of the other pockets fit the water bottle with room to spare. Even the small one in the front, and the flatter pocket in the back, fit the water bottle with ease. Hopefully, this gives you an idea of the sizing on these smaller, (not too small) pockets. The largest, main pocket is pretty roomy. It also has a tablet, or notebook sleeve in this section, and looks like you can fit a lot in here. I will update once we fill this for our trip to give a better idea of what all we'll be able to carry in this. The strap adjusts to fit petite to plus size, and the hardware hook, and loop that clips the strap to the bag, are both made of metal now. I seen a review where the clip part was plastic, but they must have updated this feature. The bag also has a plastic snap away buckle right where it hits your chest. This type of material is good in this area, so that it lays flat, and doesn't mess with your jewelry, etc. It also, allows you to easily unsnap this to take the bag off, or to put the bag on if you don't want to put it over your head. I am pretty impressed by all of these features.COMFORT: It's very comfortable, too. This is the thing I'm most excited about, and is the real reason I'm buying one for myself. I can hardly tell I'm wearing this, and I feel like it's better on my back, and hips when carrying this vs. my usually heavy, and awkward hand bags. Also, I wear the 2 necklaces that you can see in my pic 24/7, 365 days a year, and this strap didn't seem to bother them. Time may tell with this, but as far as I can tell so far, this works well with my jewelry. It would be a no go for me if not.CONS: So far, the only negative I can even think of, is that I wish the tiny pocket on the strap was a little longer. That way it could fit a pen, or pencil. Personally, that's not a big concern for me, however, it would be an added touch.I definitely recommend this bag. It's larger than most, but not as big as a regular bookbag, which is exactly what we were looking for. I shopped for quite some time before deciding on this item, and I am very pleased. I will update after our trip with any changes or additional information.
Perfect size! I'm going to use it for day hiking at Glacier National Park. For medical reasons, I can't use a backpack strap over the one arm, so when I went searching for a bagpack, I was dismayed to find they don't hold much, or they act like purses--but this one IS big enough. It fits onto my back (as opposed to sliding off my arm). Here's what I can put in it:fleece jacket, sock cap, gloves, camera, 12 oz. plastic water (on the outside). I was hoping to put a Columbia rain coat in there too, and while there's leftover room, it's not enough for the coat. And driver's license, maps, etc. When I bought this, I accepted what others said about "you get what you pay for", and so for the price, I won't be taken unawares if some part of the bag fails. However:I was pretty shocked that much of the "metal" is plastic!! (I checked with a magnet). The zipper pulls and the strap clip that lets you change sides is plastic. If these fail on my vacation, I'm going to be pretty unhappy, and I most likely would NOT have bought this bag if I had known that. The photos:I'm 4' 10" tall. Cinched up tight, the bag looks like it hangs too low to be ergonomic, but I don't think that's the case. It's tight to my back, and the bag hits just the very top of my bum, but mostly the back. It does not bump back and forth when walking. The front strap does not get in my face. With everything inside (except for the Columbia raincoat, which I've decided is too big), the weight of it is 4.5 pounds. As for the coat, I bought a luggage strap thing https://www.Ecross.com/gp/product/B06XRD3VWN/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that I could attach to the pack so I could carry the coat outside of the bag. I haven't decided if that would be drag weight or not.One more thing--OH, I wish I hadn't bought the black color. The inside of the pockets are black as a big deep pit in the night. I imagine the blue has blue insides, etc. and I really would have appreciated that.
After looking at many many cross body bagpacks I bought 2 of these for me & my daughter and am VERY glad!Chose it for its sturdy material, good solid zippers, width and compactness. Perfect for the all day festival. Holds more than you think for its width. Held an older slide phone in the strap, thin beach towel, water spray bottle, sunglasses, glow sticks, hair clips, bandana, washcloth, cell charger, mini bug spray, small sunblock, mini first aid kit, gum & cough drops, poncho, brush, camera, mini LED flashlight, tissues, wipes, Brita 22 oz filter bottle in outside pocket (6" deep) with a small paper fan & the festival map held securely by the tightening elastic band and a thin wallet in the security zipper. A few places to clip carabiners to (my hat.) Especially liked these features: the elastic to secure the bottle - the hidden zipper compartment & the bag's versatility in wearing it. Wore it over the shoulder, behind and in front. Comfortable all day!Breatheable strap & back is nice. Easy access as the zippers are angled. Recommend this bag if you want one with a little "body" to it. I bought 2 blue ones.
FINALLY!!I've been searching for the perfect bag. It's taken awhile because I know what I want. Sturdy but not too big and bulky. Lightweight and versatile. Finally found it!The material is nice and sturdy, zippers strong and strap that will hold up over time. This bag has many compartments (which I also needed for organization) and is easy to navigate to in multiple ways. One, you don't have to pull the bag over your head as the strap has a latch. Two, being one strap, you can turn and twist it.The side pocket is large enough to fit my 32 oz. Water bottle and the shoulder strap contains a small hidden compartment which is good for cash or even easy access to a key.FINALLY!Thought I'd never find my perfect day bag before the end of summer.
Pros:-large, middle, small front zipper compartments (small front zipper is accented red)-large compartment has a pocket that can fit a book or tablet-anti-theft zippered compartment on the side close to the body for valuables, cash, passport, etc.-small zipper compartment on shoulder strap for credit cards, cash- durable fabric (have not yet tested water resistance)-shoulder strap can be worn on either side-Strong yet easy to maneuver metal clip on shoulder strap and D-rings on either side of the bag to change position of the strap-quick release buckle on strap for easy on/off (helpful for when I quickly get in the car and don't have to lift it over my head)-can comfortably be worn in front of the body or on the back-sunglasses holder on shoulder strap-adjustable strap is secured so it's not flapping around (see picture)-Has a pocket in the middle compartment labeled to place your cell phone-compartment for water bottleCons:-Things get jumbled around inside the compartments-Wish it had a few more slots on the interior compartments similar to a tactical mole bag to properly secure smaller items-thought the water bottle compartment has a bungee cord draw string, my bottle still slipped out even when the string was drawn tight. Not a huge setback though as this typically only happens when the bag is roughly handled or falls from the front seat to the floor.Overall, I really like the versatility of this bag. I use it as my everyday go-to bag instead of a purse. It's just more convenient. I compared a lot of similar styled bags on Ecross, read reviews, and weighed out what I wanted from a bag. This one had the most check marks in the Pros column.
I tried out 8 different bags to use on-the-go for a busy summer with my kids, and this was the clear winner! It's the perfect size - holds everything I need in an organized manner and is still lightweight and comfortable. I love having my hands free and not having a purse weighing down one shoulder and knocking my toddler in the head. I keep a credit card in the strap pocket and my phone with a wallet-style case in the back pocket. The largest pocket holds a couple diapers and a pack of wipes, a coupon holder, sunglasses case and sometimes a book or sweatshirt. In the middle pocket I keep sunscreen and snacks, and keys in the front pocket. The water bottle is a perfect fit for my stainless steel water bottle and I love the sunglasses loop in the strap. The design makes it easy to pull the pack around and access all of the pockets, and the clip in the shoulder strap makes it easy to take the bag off after I sit down. I've only had the bag for a few weeks, but so far I love everything about it!
Super Pleased with this purchase! If you are debating about buying, buy it!I hate purses, I hate them. I don't like a hanging bags clanking against my leg or uncomfortably weigh me down on one side. A backpack is too big and bulky. I have a Kavu sling and is super comfortable but while it has more of a variety of colors, the utility, size, and quality of the Ecross Sling exceeds in every way, It also can swap arms, where the Kavu can't. I like this bag over the Kavu mostly because of the the pocket set up, the water bottle holder, and how much closer it hugs my body. It even has a small pocket on the arm strap that I will often fold up cash into so I don't have to go digging for my wallet. Speaking of money, the Ecross is half the price of a Kavu bag!I work at a videogame company with over 20 some odd buildings and when I go to a meeting across campus, I want to get there quickly without lugging an uncomfortable purse and I have a lot of crap. It fits my tablet (ipad pro with the zagg bluetooth keyboard case, that's bulkier than most table keyboard/cases), apple pencil, a small hardback notebook, a pen, my makeup (eyeliner, eyebrow liner, lipstick, mascara, compact, and tweezers) my wallet, keys, sunglasses, cellphone, my tablet and cellphone chargers, a power bank (Anker 20000mAh also larger than most standard power banks) a water bottle, doggy bags (yup my dog comes with me to work), a tennis ball, and my vape (sigelei fuchai mod and cloud beast.) This fits all that and still has space for probably a small flashlight (if you want to use this for hiking) I use a carabiner to clip my dogs leash to the ring where the arm strap connects so even she's hands free =PIt's durable for hiking for sure, but I love it for daily wear and its perfect for my lifestyle. I get both men and women complimenting me on it so if you are worried it isn't feminine/masculine enough, its perfectly unisex. Ecross, please make this in more colors, even black with a more zipper color options, I would buy them ^_^ or even one that's slightly smaller bag without a water bottle holder, that would be perfect for maneuvering through crowds at a music festival or Vegas.
Five stars for now, I might have to come back later for an updated review. My husband is like a hoarder with a backpack. If the kitchen sink fits, it might be shoved in his back pack. This bag was ordered for myself. It arrives in the mail today and he had opened the package for me. I barely got a chance to sit down after a long work day and he proclaimed that he was keeping this bag. He said, "That is a really sturdy and well made bag. I am going to keep it (if it's okay with you) to replace one of my other bag." I feel sorry for the fate of my poor new bag. So I will come back in a month to see how it holds up to my husband torture. He said I can order another one if I want to. Gee thanks dear.
Frankly for the price I had to get one of those. Perfect for traveling "light" while in same time having quite lot of space to carry everything you need. Also, the bag looks to be build using some good material and feels quite sturdy too and good quality. Nothing to do with one of those cheap one from China that feels like paper bags.Perfect also to carry my Mavic Pro drone along with all its accessories. And then take everything with me on my bike to a hike somewhere.I have included some pics and bag dimensions in case that could help some people to decide to buy it or not.
This is a great sling!I bought it for a week long trip to Orlando to visit all the parks and this was perfect to carry around all the essentials. I kept the bag in the font the entire trip so that I'd have easy access to my phone, I didn't feel any fatigue to my shoulder or neck until the last couple of days, but by that time my whole body was sore from walking the parks for 12 hrs a day. There are a lot of pockets inside the zippered pockets so I was able to find the perfect spot for everything.. I definitely carried around more than I needed but it still remained comfortable while stuffed and heavy. I plan to use this as an everyday purse now.
I purchased this bag as my daily commuter for work. I needed it to hold my surface pro 4 and a variety of small work items (notebook, wireless mouse, dongles). This bag meets and exceeds that need!It fits the surface pro perfectly and has room to spare. The construction material is high quality and I don't foresee it causing any issues. A great value at this price!

Amazing bag for an amazing price! This bag is not only sturdy, but it was pretty big considering the fact that it held everything I decided to pack in it. I use it as an everyday adventure bag and pack a small camera bag insert inside complete with small rangefinder camera, film caddy, power bank, and small tripod - all in the biggest zippered pocket. It has just enough pockets for me to store things in with room to spare. I love the fact that you can switch the strap from left to right adjusting it as needed to avoid fatiguing one side of your body. I use the d-rings on it to attach a JBL Clip+ speaker and be on my way. The pouch meant for a bottle can hold the second largest Kirkland bottled water from Costco with no issues and can also hold my UE Boom 2 if I plan on hanging out and playing music with my group of friends.I bought a green and grey bag and am pleased with both.
I purchased this backpack as a diaper bag shortly before my second son was born. I had been gifted diaper bags with my first son but I often ended up putting them down in order to care for my son. The bags were either falling off my shoulder or too heavy/uncomfortable to carry very long comfortably. My toddler is a very busy little guy and I'm chasing after him a lot. I wanted a bag that could hold what I needed and was easy to carry no matter the situation.I love that this bag holds what I need for a day trip and is easy to get into with one hand. I can wear it comfortably for hours on my back. This means that when my husband comes to me and asks "do you have a baby wipes," I have one right there and don't have to remember where I put my bag down last. There is a small zipper against your back (while wearing) that is perfect for wallet, phone, and keys. Those are the items I reach for the most when I am the busiest. It also keeps those items safe because the zipper isn't visible while wearing. The rest of the zippers I can reach with one hand (with practice) while wearing or I can swing the bag to the front of me and I can reach them easier. There is a bottle holder on the side that I most often use for bottles of water for me. I can reach this with one hand while wearing the bag as well. The bag is easy to keep clean. So far I've been able to just wipe off what has been spilled on it. I also feel like it has a good number of pockets to store items to where it’s not too confusing when it comes time to find items. I’ve had a diaper bag with lots of pockets and I always felt like I had to search way to long when trying to help an upset baby. Here are the items I am able to carry easily with this bag:3-5 small diaper for baby2 diapers for toddlerDiaper creamPackage of wipesNursing cover2 backup outfits for baby (or one for baby one for toddler)2 snack items (like fruit snacks and applesauce)2 burp clothesInfant TylenolInfant Gas DropsBackup pair of nursing padsPenWalletPhoneCar keysSeveral travel antibacterial wipe packagesToddler silverwareBottle of waterIt is so nice to chase after my toddler while holding the baby. No matter the situation so far, I’ve been able to carry the basic items we need and have them at an arms reach. I wish I had had this bag when my first son was born.
I really loved this bag and used it for about 10 days before the zipper broke. I was stuck in Africa with a wide open bag. And unfortunately I am past the return date. So, if it would have held up a bit better I would have given it a 5-star rating. Loved the bag - maybe just defective.UPDATE: they replace my bag free of charge and I love it!Maybe my first was just a defective fluke. Perfect for travel without paying for a pricey brand. It’s sleek and very spacious.
I purchased a few sling-style bags for an upcoming trip and this was the winner! This bag seems to be relatively good quality, considering the price. I used it for a four day trip to Florida this spring. Many of the features seem well-thought out and intentionally designed. It easily fits my iPad mini in the largest compartment and an average size water bottle fits in the side sleeve (I have this one, but it's similar in diameter to an adult size OTF Nalgene, which I believe would also fit ). The pocket on the strap fits small items, like credit cards or keys. I was able to use it with touch cards (hotel keys, subway cards that you "tap" to use) without having to take them out of the strap, so that was a nice bonus. I liked the sunglasses strap on the strap also; not the most secure, but good for short-term storage rather than putting them on the front of your shirt. The organization in one of the pockets isn't amazing (my phone, Moto X4, doesn't really fit in the phone pocket), but it's functional. I like the hidden pocket against the wearer's back, great for storing a thin wallet and phone in a very secure fashion. I also like that the strap has an additional buckle to make the bag easy to take on and off if you don't want to duck into it. Very minimal branding on the bag I received also, only one little logo on the back of the strap, not even visible when wearing the bag.Size comparison photo with an iPad mini and .
"Small" is fitting as a description, but this bag is definitely useful, so long as you know what you're getting. I purchased this as a day pack for a trip up to Chicago, as I didn't want to be carrying around my larger laptop bag all day. It fit the bill admirably. The larger compartment has a separate pouch, which easily held my 10" Chromebook apart from my other trip necessities. The smaller outer pocket had plenty of space for the chargers I was bringing (phone and Chromebook), a paperback book, and organizer space for a few pens and pencils. There was also a pouch indicated as a cell phone holder, but I couldn't really see using it to stash your phone, unless you had a set of Bluetooth headphones and maybe a smartwatch so you could see indicators from your phone's notifications. The strap was adequate, given my size - I'm a larger guy, and with the strap fully extended I could fit it around me and my winter coat I was wearing on the trip. Unlimbering the pack to get in to it was a bit awkward, but that'll come with practice. The water bottle pocket was ok - it held a 20 oz. bottle with no issues, but if you were trying to cram a larger diameter bottle in to it you might have problems. The strap on the bottle pocket is more for holding the smaller bottle in, as the pocket doesn't really expand much beyond its initial size. I found the anti-theft "secret pocket" good for holding smaller documents or objects, i.e. our train tickets, but I honestly don't think it'd be useful for much else - after all, if someone is going to rob you, they're probably going to take your whole bag and go through it later, meaning they'll probably find the "secrets" with no problem. All in all, I found this bag to be more than adequate for my needs, and will definitely be using it again in the future.
After looking at reviews for several similar bags, I ultimately chose this one. So far so good! The exterior material quality is exactly as expected, its similar in feel to a jansport bag. The interior is a little lighter weight than expected. The pockets are a good size but it is definitely not intended to carry your whole life. I can comfortably fit my water bottle (outside pocket), chap stick and a pocket knife (strap pocket), multiple pens and make up in the middle pocket and a note book, magazine and some snacks in the large pocket. It does get a little awkward if you start to put bigger items in it but overall I love it. I'm not a big purse carrier but i do find myself needing a place for stuff I bring to work and a purse just isn't organized enough. This sits comfortably across your back and clips seem to be good quality should you want to change carry sides. I'm excited that this will also be durable enough that I won't have to leave it behind should my family end up on an impromptu outing!Highly recommend this!

This is my first purchase of a bagpack and I couldn't be happier with it. In the first zipper, I put my car keys and any lists or specific information that will be needed. In the second zipper, I put my cell phone (Galaxy Note) in the individual pocket inside the 2nd zipper. I also put my wallet in there. It's a wallet clutch purse so there's no room in it for "extras". In the 3rd zipper, the main compartment, I put my Samsung 12" tablet. I put in that pocket anything else that I need for the day too. There are even more pockets that I haven't used yet!Since I always carry water with me, I am EXTREMELY pleased with the water pouch. I've never had my water Tervis in a pocket and had it slide out!WOW!I'm impressed. I actually have to tighten up the pocket to carry the water!I was a bit concerned about the "green" color. I read the reviews and questions and saw that they said it really wasn't a green. I'm tired of blue, so I gambled and went for the green. I'm very happy to say that while technically it's a shade of green, it isn't green like one thinks of green. In fact, I actually have a green that matches it and they call it greyed jade. It really is a jade color. I like the color since it's different from always using blue, AND it is a very nice color. The other thing that I appreciate is the I'm learning to walk without the use of a walker. This bagpack allows me to pack up my "stuff" and work on walking. I like having nothing dangling on me. The bag is very strong and firm. This bag is allowing me to do new things that I haven't been able to do before. That's partly because I didn't think I could carry things without using my walker. Now I have a method. Now I have freedom happening.
This is a great backpack when you have a few extra things you want to take with you walking around or on a trip. It's not *quite* big enough to hold letter-sized paper well without bending a bit. But if you don't mind if it bends a little (for example, a magazine), then it can hold that just fine too. All the different pockets make it great for a trip where you're walking around town a lot or something like that, and the back pocket is good for hiding your wallet or phone. If you really want to pack it out, it can hold a lot: phone, wallet, batteries, smaller cameras, tablet, magazines, some pens & pencils, IDs (like passports), a few snacks. Really, it can hold a lot if you want it to. I prefer to wear it on my back as a backpack, particularly if I'm hiking or something... but only if I'm somewhere that there's no concern of pickpockets. In crowded international cities, I wear it on my front side and it works great for that too. Very versatile and a good backpack! After seeing mine, a friend decided to buy one for herself too.

I've had this bag for over a year now and I can say it hasn't failed me yet. I bought it for a trip to D.C. on which I knew I would be away from my hotel, out walking all day (sometimes a dozen miles). It was only for this trip, but I found it so useful that I have used it every day since, forsaking all other bags (and I have quiet a few). I am a bag fanatic, always looking for "the perfect bag" to fit my needs. I've left rave reviews of other purses here on Ecross, but sometimes, a purse isn't what you need to get through the day.The only size issue I have with this bag is it's just a little bit too small to fit my 13-inch laptop. I could fit it in if I didn't put anything else in the bag. However, the number of times I need to carry the laptop with me are rare, so 99% of the time, this bag holds everything I need and then some.I found that the outer water bottle pocket works for my travel cup (a slim, 16 oz Contigo) really well. It also holds a small umbrella (not at the same time as the travel cup, of course). There are just enough pockets and places to put things, though I do wish there was a better way to hang keys in the bag. I ended up putting a carabiner on the top loop and tucking the keys into the top of the bag (it stays zipped). As a left-handed person, ideally I would love for the bag to zip on the exact opposite sides (I wear it slung over my left shoulder). Someone wearing it over the right shoulder can slide the bag around to their front with the zippers all facing upward to get at the main pockets in a hurry without taking the bag off. I do love that the clips make it readily convertible for both ways of wearing though. There is a great pocket toward the back of the bag that is roomier than it looks and easy to use to stash either things you don't use as often or things you don't want in the outward facing pockets and possibly available to pickpockets. There isn't a way to lock the zippers, so maybe for long trips where grabby hands might be an issue, this bag would fall short. Now, if they'd only make this in red or purple, I'd have three of them.Pros: sturdy, roomy, easily convertible, small enough to not be bulky, handy pocketsCons: for a lefty, I'd want the zips reversed exactly, after a year, the slide to shorten the strap is a little looser
I have a couple 'older' style versions of this kind of 'triangle' backpack. The material for this one seems thicker, yet light, so well-padded. I only used one day for a long day trip to the zoo. It's compact and yet with it's two compartments, held and separated my iced water bottle from spare shirt and hats for the kids. That separate is important to avoid condensation moisture from wetting the contents, esp. for fragile paper, including travel maps or guidebooks. I can't to use this for the longer trip. My old trusted backpack (a Nike), costs almost twice as much (although I got this one on Prime Day pre-sale) and met all my needs. However, the strap started to fray off at the seams, which happens through a mix of duration time and also, overcapacity (?). I hope this bag meets that challenge and I get at least 2-3 years out of this. The upgrades here is the strap's clip makes it easy to switch sides (for even shoulder wear) and the side meshed bottle holder is a plus, for now. Also, seems better padded, yet compact, and the bag 'stayed' comfortably on me without swaying (a good thing). Lots of great color choices too (per differing palates). Lastly, in the past, when I carry cold drinks, the freezing temps and condensation moisture turned water would eventually damage the inside 'polyester'/aka plastic (I'm a chem major) over time and cause it to eventually 'slow-kill' flake, causing a mess to clean while contaminating contents, often clothes, each time in use until all the flakes/lining wore out. All my backpacks did this and oddly, the newer ones were worse (hence 2-3 years lifespan expectancy although 5+ would be nice. Note the bags were useable but the persistent flaking & clean-up required were painpoints). I only rated durability a 4/5 because I haven't had a chance to test this yet but so far, the one day trip was successful.
I gave this product 5 stars because Outdoor Master company replaced my first bag which had a defective zipper.I had received the bagpack just before I went on vacation. The second time I accessed the large zipper area the zipper would not remain zipped. When I returned home, I notified Ecross and explained the issue, they requested I send pic of zipper not working, which I did. They notified me they would be sending me a new bag which arrived in about 5 days. Product is good for excursions where larger back pack is not required. I would suggest a more sturdy zipper be used for the largest zipper on the bag as it will get the most use.
Weighing in at a pound, this pack is not lightweight compared to others I tried; however it has the advantage of several compartments. One major plus is the lack of stupid sayings or logos on the outside, making it suitable for city or athletic use. The pocket on the strap is not big enough for a phone unless you have one of the older, smaller models. It has a somewhat hidden side pocket, though not anti-rfid. It'll hold both my camera and monocular in the large compartment and has a lot of padding front and back (more than I want and adds to the weight). It's about 12 L.I've been airing it out for several days, but it still has a bad smell--musty and dusty. Not sure if wiping it down with cleaner will help or not.
Wow!I'm extremely pleased with this bag and couldn't wait to go on my next hike. I singled this bag out based on the good reviews.. Thank you Ecross.. customer reviews are a must read for me and are even better with pics! This bag does not disappoint in any way. I wanted a small bag with a long adjustable strap made with quality material. This fits the bill and then some. It has multiple pockets without being bulky. It's a great design and the perfect bag for a day in the woods with my pup. The teal color is also a pretty bonus.

This isn't actually that small, despite the "small crossbody" description. I'm surprised at the number of items I can fit into this bag. It's the first one in a long time of searching that had enough room for the book, tablet, phone, and several other items that I consider essential in a handbag. I like the over-the-shoulder bags because they seem more secure than a simple handbag. I found two bags that were available at the same time and seem to be made by the same manufacturer. This one cost a bit more, but doesn't have an embarrassing product name (translation from Chinese can be a dicey process). That said, this is still an reasonable price for the bag.The fabric is sturdy, the zippers are the coil type, not perfect, but are all heavy duty. On occasions when they seem to skip a space, I can unzip/rezip and realign the zipper. The compartments are well-designed. The largest zip compartment has a pocket where my book calendar slips in, leaving the rest of the space for various items. I can slip my Ecross Fire 8HD, my phone in a bulky case, and an assortment of personal items and not have to struggle to close the bag. The other zipper compartments make it easy to organize. My phone in one, a few slim booklets in another (everyone should carry a copy of the U.S. Constitution these days!), and things I need to find on a moments notice (there is a little zipper pouch in the strap that holds my key fob with mini-tags for grocery store, pizza shop, and other memberships). This is the best over-the-shoulder bag I've found in years, even after trying out the name-brand versions.
I bought this for Burning Man, which, for those of you that don't know, is a week long communal event in the middle of a temperamental desert. This teardrop bag was perfect to carry spare toilet paper, baby wipes, books/guides, hand sanitizer, spare phone battery, water bottle, mini tire pump, and other utility items that were needed during my ventures across the Playa. Even with all these supplies, the bag wasn't heavy and there are enough pockets and compartments inside to organize and separate as you need. There's a small pouch on the front sling for easy access to a house/car key, wallet, or whatever other small item you may want to have quick access to. I'd highly recommend for overnighters (if you're just packing the basics like an extra shirt/socks/underwear) and day adventures, whether in the middle of the desert, at a music festival, or for a hike. Even with the heat, wind, dirt, and some rain, the bag has been holding up without rips. I don't think this would be the best thing for heavy rain as it seems the material is permeable, but I haven't yet had the chance to test it. Great product for the price!Highly recommend for day adventurers like myself.
This bag is really great. I was skeptical of using a bagpack, but it is what a lot of travel blogs recommended for a trip to Disney world. I was able to fit my Canon T6 DSLR in the bag with a body case. It was a bit tight with the camera, but I was able to fit other essentials such as 6 ponchos, sunglasses and case, wallet, external phone battery charger, snacks, a water bottle, and 2 hats.It also has a great zipper on the back (the part pressed on your back) that can fit a phone. I was easily able to reach that pocket without shifting the bag to my front. The bag carries very well. After about 8 hours on my feet running around the park, the bag did become a "burden" slung over the same shoulder. But that is the joy in this bag, you can carry it many different ways. You can switch the direction of the strap to sling it crossbody the opposite way, or you can do what I did which was Just carry it on one shoulder. It is a very versatile bag.
I purchased this Ecross bagpack as a day pack for hiking but have enjoyed it so much it's become my everyday bag as well. The material is sturdy but the bag itself is lightweight. I chose the neutral gray color and love it!A DSLR camera and accessories fit well inside the main compartment (within a small camera cube), with room for a journal and small makeup bag too. All of the zippered compartments keep me organized. Chronic back issues made me a bit nervous about investing in a crossbody bagpack but I'm so glad I chose this one. The shoulder strap and vented back are generously padded. The bag sits squarely on my back when worn as a sling, and doesn't shift during hikes and errands. I even enjoy carrying it over one shoulder like a tote bag. The zippers, pulls, clips, and D-rings all seem very high quality. Zipper pulls are large and easy to quickly open/close. I'd highly recommend this bagpack.
Buy this. You need it in your life. Especially if you do short outdoor excursions. You cannot beat it for the price. I can put my:PhoneKeysEarphonesSanitary bags for my dogFOUR LARGE water bottlesExtra pair of shoesWalletWater bowl for my dogAnd it still has room. Not to mention the different was you can maneuver the clasps. This thing is heaven sent. Thank you for the quality you and thought you put into your products.
I have used this for hiking, school, regular daily activities. Its great. I can kinda fit one regular thin folder in it if needed as well as a pencil box and calculator. The hidden pocket on the strap is great for money or cards. I love having a lot of pockets and this has plenty. And the strap is padded so if i carry a lot its still comfortable. I highly recommend this one. I spent a couple weeks scanning through all the backpacks like this one and im very happy i chose this one. Oh and it really doesnt get dirty. Ive had it since this summer and havent once had to wash it, still looks new.
I said goodbye to the purse and said hello to this awesome little pack. It's got great space inside of it. I use it as a mom, holding diapers and wipes in the large section, as well as a slim first aid kit, while putting my phone, pens, tissues, chapstick, etc.. in the middle section. The sunglasses holder on the strap is handy as well as the adjustable bottle holder on the side. There's a small zipper pouch on the strap itself to hold something small you might want to keep handy-- like a bank card or an ID, but I haven't really needed to use it, as it's easy to sling the bag around to access the zipper sections without taking it off.The material on the outside is water resistant-- resistant, not repellent, so if you're out in the middle of the rain for more than 10 minutes, the bag itself will get wet. Depending on the humidity, the contents of the bag may get damp.Overall, this is a great bagpack for everyday use. I'm happy with it and won't be going back to a purse. It holds everything I need and is much easier to keep track of and hold on my back.
I rarely write reviews -- but just have to make it known that this product is top-quality in material, looks and feels great, and yet surprisingly low=-priced (as compared to everything out there). I purchased this bag for a recent family vacation to DisneyWorld - with two young children, I was looking for a crossbody bag that was small enough to get around the parks with ease but substantive to stand up to all-day use and able to carry snacks, water bottles, change of small people clothes, and other small items. I had looked at many other crossbody bags but all were either too flimsy or too bulky -- and double the price! This is an amazing product, I am getting ready to purchase a couple more for friends.
I ordered this bag for a one-day round trip flight to Chicago this summer in order to apply to get a Spanish Visa. I already had a Kavu brand bag but it didn't meet the requirements I had for a bag for this trip. I needed my bag to hold a waterbottle securely so I didn't have to worry about it falling out, to hold all my documents safely and organized for my Visa application appointment, to have a secure pocket to fit my wallet and phone while they weren't in use to prevent theft and to be comfortable enough to lug around full for 16 hours. This bagpack ended up being the perfect bag for this day trip! The waterbottle pocket is deep enough to hold a slimmer bottle without it falling out and also has a drawstring to fasten the waterbottle in place. I have also used the waterbottle pocket to put other small items such as keys, sunglasses etc. and fastened it completely closed. The small front zipper pocket is actually very deep and nice sized! One of the main reasons I purchased this bag is because of the "hidden" pocket on the back of the bag closest to your body that had enough room to fit my 8 inch wallet as well as my iPhone 6. Inside of the main zippered pocket of the bag there's a large cinched pocket that was able to keep my documents organized and separate from the other contents of the bag until my appointment time 7 hours after I packed it.After I returned from my trip back in July I've still been using this bag daily whenever I leave the house in place of a purse!I'm leaving for 3 months to Spain soon and I plan to take this bag along for the trip!My only complaint is that the pockets only have one zipperpull per a pocket meaning you can't padlock zipperpulls together in order to prevent pick-pocketing, which is a concern while I'm in Europe.
I purchased this back to replace an older Ameribag I had carried for several years.I liked the old bag but the strap wasn't long enough to be truly comfortable worn crossbody. I use public transportation for my commute and really need the crossbody feature to keep my hands free for other things. This bag has a very adjustable strap to make it sit comfortably and securely. It's a good color (gray) and the material looks like it will wear well, time will tell. The bag has a lot of storage space, large enough for a tablet or book but it is not large enough or intended to be used as a bookbag. There are smaller pockets inside including a place for a tablet. But one thing is missing - I would have liked a small, zippered pocket inside to use for change. The price is definitely right and I will buy again - maybe you could offer in a light tan, khaki?
I love this bag! That's the short review but bear with me for the full review. Truth be told I'm a backpack junkie. From a few trusty Jansports, messenger bags, and now bagpacks. Being a dad just means I use them for different things than I used to. I had been looking for a bagpack that could double as a diaper bag but still carry a few EDC items. This bag hit everyone of my criteria and then some!I'm able to carry everything I need for the baby in the main compartment. The middle compartment is my EDC spot for essentials. The outer is still big enough to be open to whatever the wife and older kid need to store and have close at hand. The security pocket on the back is an added bonus that has come in super handy to put the wallet or the wife's phone. A good water bottle holder was crucial to the bag I got and this one holds my Hydro cell 16oz bottle perfectly. It slides in like it was made for it and is super secure. Lastly the sunglasses holder and pocket on the strap wasn't something I thought I wanted/ needed but they've been super useful. Super comfortable to wear and fully functional. What more could you be asking for. Stop searching and get this bag!
I unpacked this a few minutes ago so no comment on durabioity or weather protection; but I love the pack's design.I've been looking for years for a pack that would let me "wear" my ipad in front for quick access so that I can do things like make audio notes, work with navigation apps or control audio playback apps. This is it!The main compartment easily accomoates a 9.7" ipad in a case. The is plenty of room to additional concern if that is a concern.he pack's bottom has metal attachment points on both sides. I switched the shoulder strap to the other side of the pack so that when I switch the pack from my baak to my chest/belly, the zippered opening of the main compartment (which is where my ipad will reside) is facing up. . I am really glad the manufacturer incuded this capability. The shoulder strap strap can be adjusted to be long or short, which lets me adjust where the ipad will "ride" when the pack is flipped to the front.Worn on my chest/belly the pack is horizontal. The ipad nest deep in the comartment and I feel that the ipad is sufficiently secure to allow me to leave the main comparment unzipped. If I decide to wear it on my back, the pack goes vertical and I will zip the main compartment before flipping it to my fack. There are LOTS of youtube videos explianing the pockets and features of this pack. I think I got \a lot for my money.Another reviewer says the ipad 12.2" pro will not fit, but I can confirm that the Samsung Galaxy 12.2" Note Pro does fit (without cover) An Anker bluetooth keybaord in its original proudct box was able to fit easily in the main compartment alongon top of my ipad in its case and probably adds protection to the ipad. For me, this will be a "niche" pack. I own a lot of day packs with greter capcity and load supporting capability. But for its niche purpose, none of them mattch this pack.
I purchased this bagpack specifically to hold my camera and to keep all my dog walking paraphernalia in place for the journey. There is a spot for everything without being too overwhelming big for my body and once adjusted, it stays put. It's not the slippery parachute material, but rather, but has a nice cloth look and feel to it which makes it look more expensive than the latter. All the zippers run nicely/smoothly and for this terrific low price, it's very sturdy. I absolutely love it and will purchase again should mine ever wear out. I much prefer this to a regular backpack or a handbag.
I ordered this bag as a possibility for a trip to Disney this summer. I love this bag!The quality of it is great - the hardware is metal, so I don't feel like it would break easily. The pockets are good sizes. The back and strap have good cushion. I also like that the water bottle pocket has a drawstring to help keep the water bottle in place.I was originally unsure about the size of the bag before I ordered it. I couldn't quite visualize the size, which is why I chose to order it. I wanted to check it out in person. The dimensions ended up being smaller than I was looking for (the height and width was great, I just wish it had been a littler deeper - around 7 inches, instead of 4 inches). I am returning this bag only because I would like one a little bit deeper - I'm bummed about this because it truly is a great backpack. I am not taking a star away for this because the dimensions were listed - I just wanted to see it in person. If Ecross comes out with a bag this same size, but deeper, I would absolutely order it!
This thing is great!I have this as well as a kavu rope bag, but I honestly prefer this bag over the kavu! This is larger, has more pockets and it was more durable. I went on a hike with my kavu and the back was disgustingly soaked. This bag has a great absorbent back panel with cusioning that makes it comfortable to wear. I also love the fact that it has a pocket for my water bottle. I have a tall-ish 24 oz bottle and it fits perfectly. I don't think anything larger would fit. If it fits comfortably in the cup holder in your car, I don't think you'd have a problem fitting it in this bag.I also really love that the cross-strap is changable; you can have it slung over your right or left shoulder by changing where you clip the strap on the bottom. Another thing I really appreciate about this bag is that there is an elastic band around the bottom part of the strap to slip the excess fabric. It prevents that extra bit from waving around endlessly or constantly grazing my arm like with my kavu bag. It's a small detail, but I really do appreciate it.
I bought this with short ( 1-2) hour hikes in mind. I dob't like to carry a heavy pack on my back for short hikes. This one is great because I can sling it across my body and it's really quick to get into for water or snacks. It is well-made, has multiple compartments, including a place to carry my phone and a ham radio that I take when there might not be cell service.Overall, I really like this pack. My single small complaint is that when I cram a light jacket into it, as I warm up on a cool morning, it shifts the strap to where the un-padded buckle/snap comes into contact with my shoulder. As long as the pack is not too deformed, it rides comfortably with the pads on my shoulder. I have found that if I smash the jacket down flatter, it moves the strap back where it belongs. Worst case, I can always tie my jacket around my waist. Just something to consider. It is a great way to carry essentials, a couple of water bottles, etc.
Impressed that this bag is as handsome and well-made as it is for so little money. I particularly like the style, which includes a slash of color for the edge of the smallest outer pocket. The inner pockets have pencil holders, smaller phone pockets, etc. without going overboard. The finish is excellent: there are no loose threads, frayed fabric, or crooked seams. It's an excellent size for my daily commute and will be on rotation with my messenger bag.
Your stuff will be well protected and easy to retrieve in this well-priced bag.PROS:-- Made from durable material, thicker and more rugged than "windbreaker" weight material. All pockets are padded on at least one side. The entire bottom of the bag is padded.-- Contents are easy to reach in two large pockets and two smaller pockets, all with smooth sliding zippers. Several compartments in each of the two large pockets.-- Wide, padded shoulder strap with swivel snap at bottom prevents tangling.-- Webbed bottle pouch has a sturdy collar, drawstring and sturdy bottom to hold the bottle securely.CONS:-- Pouch on the shoulder strap is too small for an iPhone 6s. (However, the smaller front pocket makes the phone easily accessible.)OTHER:-- I can’t assess its water resistance or stain resistance because I haven't yet used in it wet or messy conditions. However, after week-long use on and off public transportation during a vacation, it looks as good as new.-- An iPad easily fits in the largest compartment, which is padded on both sides.OVERALL:-- The quality of this bag is much better than I expected. I think it will last a long time.-- The roomy pockets make it a perfect day bag for commuters or tourists. Much less bulky than a backpack.
This bag met my needs exactly. I bought this to replace my larger messenger bag since I have stopped carrying my 15" laptop, and didn't need such a big bag just for my iPad and some odds and ends. This bag is the perfect size for just that purpose. It is a tight fit width wise, but I am able to fit my 12.9" iPad Pro. I am also able to fit various cables, a stack of business and my Coffee cup. I definitely wouldn't reccomend for a student needing to carry books, or a full size laptop. I do plan on using it as a hiking bag as well once I get it waterproofed because I like the fit, and the fact that it sits well on my back and doesn't swing around too much. Even with the weght of a few 1 liter bottles in the main compartment, it was still comfortable on my shoulder and back.As for the quality of the materials, I was pleasantly surprised on how tough the bag feels for a $20 bag. The shoulder strap has just the right amount of padding to be comfortable, but not bulky. The zippers and clips are strong and secure.
Rarely am I compelled to write a review for my purchases but this bag is an exceptional product. Quality varies quite a bit with different sellers and the images don't always accurately represent their product. (I've already sent another store's bag back because it was "crinkly" and cheaply sewn.) THIS bag, however, delivers everything just as promised. The fabric is sturdy, the stitching is even and professional, the hardware is rugged and the lining is soft and quiet. (You won't distract others when rifling through this bag.) The padding seems comfortable. I love all the loops, tie downs, and stylish little accents. It can go easily from a work bag, to tooling around the city, to the woods. I went with the gray, being a bit more wearable for my every day, but I might order that beautiful teal now, too!Caveats: The bottle pocket is too small for my nalgene type bottle. The bag is too small for a full sized laptop but will definitely accommodate a large tablet.
This is really a righteous bagpack. I've been looking for a long time to find one like this. And it is made for the long haul too and built tough. And it is very comfortable. And it is so versatile and storage compartments like you wouldn't believe. You will have to use your imagination with so much storage this will be useful for. They thought of everything when they put this together. Plus carry my water bottle, tablet, foods of all sorts, mp3 player, wallet, car keys, smartphone, chargers, etc. etc. It is unlimited what you can carry with this bag and not only that the different ways you can carry it. It will be a great bag for bicycle commutes and trekking. By all means get yourself one of these bags. You won't regret it. I guarantee it.
Good size!I've had the same cross-body purse for EIGHT YEARS!!!!I wanted something like a Kavu, but just a little bigger and a lot cheaper. This is exactly that!Pockets are PERFECT!!!Any phone can fit in the front pocket, which was important to me. Also, the color is gorgeous. All the pockets seem to be just about perfect for typical needs. The front is plain and simple, next back is a xompartment with a pocket and a place for 3-4 pins and a cell pocket in front, although idk if most smart phones would fit in it. But I use it for other things. And the big pocket has a pouch in the back of it to further organize. I really love it.I downgraded it one star because there's a 2-3 inch strip of the lining in the pocket with the pens that's pulled away. I contacted the seller in a day or two ago and they haven't responded yet. I can fix it myself, and I plan to, but it won't look quite brand new. It's still a great bag And I'm still really excited to use it. It's just something that shows the quality isn't quite top-of-the-line.Overall, despite a slight fault ,I think this is pretty winner. I would recommend.
I have been using the Victoria Tourist bagpack for around two months, which is a very nice bagpack, but just a little too small for me.So, far I really like this Outdoor Master bagpack. Still just slightly too small for me, but will suffice for now. Would be better with two secure water bottle pouches, and if the strap pouch was a little larger. Also, at least one inside zipper pocket would be nice, like I have in my Victoria Tourist bagpack.Stuff I carry in this Outdoor Master bagpack: RavPower 13000mAh battery pack, RavPower 14000mAh battery pack, Ingress Power Cube 12000mAh battery pack, lots of cables, flash drives, several food bars, two wash cloths, note pad, ID, money, keys, magnetic wooden chess set (in folding box set) > 5 1/2x2 3/4x1 1/4 inches; FAVI mini-bluetooth keyboard > 6 1/4x2 3/8x3/8 inches; lots of First Aid supplies, with a little room to spare, probably enough space left to put both my Note 3 and Note 4 smartphones, two bicycle head lights, bicycle tail light, two bicycle computers, and a sandwich.Update: August 11th, 2016 -- This Outdoor Master bagpack is working out great for me ... !!!I carry around 10 pounds of stuff, mostly electronic gadgets for my bicycle and smartphone.
I just got back from Barcelona and Girona, Spain. I wanted a big bag to carry all my items when site seeing. I didn't want a back pack because I was concerned about it being behind my back and I would have trouble keeping an eye on it. I kept the bagpack in front of me at all times. It has many compartments and it held everything I needed even an iPad. There is a pouch to carry a bottle of water. When I was traveling on the Metro, it was very crowded and when I walked in, a female was "in my face" speaking loudly and fast to me. When I was going to answer her another woman came up close to my body. I was sure she was going to take my bag so I pushed my bag at her hard and she and the other woman left quickly. I think my bag saved the day!I am planning to take my bagpack on all my future travels.
Just received this via Ecross Prime today (Sunday!). This is a very cool bag. I got this to replace a cheap bagpack I've been using. The old one is still quite serviceable but lacks the water bottle pouch and various compartments, including the secret one next to your body. IMO, a lot of thought went into the design of this bag. There appears to be a small pouch for keys conveniently placed on the strap just above a loop identified for your sunglasses. The one thing I noticed, although not labeled as such, is a small piece of leather or vinyl riveted near the outside and bottom that looks like it could be used for a carabiner clip. While I have yet to put this through its paces, the bag appears to be really well made. I almost didn't buy it because of some of the negative comments, but this seems to be very substantial. It easily holds a disposable water bottle, but I wouldn't try to put anything much larger in the net designed for the purpose. Finally, my 10" tablet fits neatly in the elastic sleeve in the large compartment. Finally, this is almost identical in size and shape to my old bagpack but with tons more features. Very happy with my purchase.
I love this bag!I bought it to go on a week-long trip to Disney World. I had plenty of separate compartments for water, first aid, snacks, mints, maps, and my phone. It made everything so easy to carry without feeling too heavy. I never worried about the water rides because it kept everything dry (even my phone, which is not water resistant). Last week I took it with me to hike in Carter Caves, KY. And I bought my daughter another color to take with her to Italy for 9 days.My favorite part was the small compartment to keep credit cards, cash, etc. in the strap. It kept everything easy to get to, and I felt it was very secure against pick pockets and bag snatchers. Great bag for such a low price!
I love this bag!!!It has a small zippered pocket on the strap, which is perfect to keep my credit card and any other small items I need to access quickly in. That’s by far my favorite part, but there are plenty of pockets for all of my other essentials. AND, most of the time I don’t even have to take it off when I need something out of it! I can just slide it around from back to front! It fits close to my body, has a nice cushioned strap, and the crossbody design doesn’t hurt my back. I highly recommend this bag.
I love this sling. It has become my outing bag, taking place of my purse. I've taken it on trips through the airport and amusement park. It's a great bag!It carries all the necessities. I love that I don't have to take it off if I need something from it, I can just slide it around and get whatever item I need. I love the compartment in the front of the strap. I keep cash and credit cards in it for easy access and security. It is really awesome. If you like bagpacks, you'll love this one. The quality is also very good. No issues with any of it yet.
This bag is super cool. This is a very good backpack to have if you want your items to be protected by thieves. There are so many random compartments and zippers that I found a new zipper a week after buying it!There are 5 openings to parts of the bag in total. The most craziest being the strap. Yest there is a pocket on the strap!!So for that spot I put my pocket knife in it so if someones like give me that bag I just act like I'm pulling it off and open the zipper at the same time and he wont know what I'm doing before its too late!

The Ecross bagpack works great. It is lighter than the typical backpack, much easier to store under a plane seat, yet carries everything I need for a trip. I have never filled my standard size backpack when traveling, even on long trips. This bag holds everything I need - iPad, some personal and sundry items in case my bag doesn't get there when I do and a magazine or two. I have an iPad Pro 10.5" and it fits fine, along with a charger and my iPen. I can also use it as a daypack for a jacket or pullover, sunglasses, etc. when I arrive at my destination. I doubt I will be using for full-size backpack much in the future.
I purchased two of these backpacks for a vacation, going on a cruise and would feel safer with a backpack over a purse.I was a little apprehensive purchasing these, mainly because it's off Ecross and frankly you never know what your paying for until you get it. I read the reviews on over 50 backpacks and these outdoor backpacks had the best reviews so i purchased two knowing i could return them if i didn't like it them or thought they were made poorly. However that was not the case, these are very well made and i have to say i am amazed, honestly one of the best purchases I've made on Ecross period. The packs backs are made of a canvas like material and are very well made, i can't express that enough. They also have several pockets, a place for both your cell phone and your sunglasses, also has numerous other pockets outside of the main compartment / pocket. As stated this sling backpack is well work the $25 they charge, i could not be more happy with the decision i made to buy these. I currently have a black and blue backpack and can't wait to put them to full use on my vacation.
It's a nice bag. The size is perfect. The pockets are nice. The material seems durable. However, I'm returning mine.I bought this specifically because of my job, and I was avoiding wearing a fanny pack. I needed something that I could wear comfortably for a long time as I move around on foot quite frequently. The one fundamental flaw that I found with this is the design of the bag. I need one that is a bagpack that when I rotate it to the front of my body to pull something out, I need the zippers to be up. These zippers face down when open it, and gravity makes everything fall out.If I didn't need that, this bag would be perfect.
I like it! I just finished my first day using it as a handbag. I carry a ton of stuff--some I definitely need and some that I will need at some point. This is working out well. I'm using the water bottle pocket to carry my cell phone--it's a Pixel and it fits well without falling out. The zippers seem pretty tough, as does the fabric. I tethered my keys to the loop at the top and tuck them in the large pocket. I rarely need to take them out but I don't like to hunt for them when I do. Everyday lipstick and lip balm are handy on the pocket strap--no more digging around for them either. There are prettier bags out there but I really wanted something sturdy and this fits the bill!
This bagpack is my most favorite one ever! I have had various sling backs but this one is the best. It is comfortable... I wore it to a three day conference in Denver and it never cut into my shoulder or caused me discomfort. It has a padded strap and padded back. The material is soft but durable. It is efficient for organization... It has multiple pockets and offers a variety of organizing solutions. There is a small pocket on the strap which I have used for my credit card/ID, earbuds, chapstick or any other small item I need at hand. It has multiple front pockets for organizing and has more space within it than it looks like. The water bottle pocket is also a nice feature. It is stylish... It is gray with a slight orange accent slit on the front pocket. It has black zippers and and black lining. I have gotten more compliments on this bag than any other! If this one wears out (which is unlikely anytime soon as it is very durable) I will be ordering another one immediately. Based on this product I would trust other products from this company/designer as well. Great bag!
Perfect size to carry my journal, pens, markers and thinline Bible. Even a book or two. I love the color, black with pops of red. I love all the little pockets to hide my things and keep me organized on the go.One of the seams on my bag began to pull away. I contacted the manufacturer and they shipped a replacement to me through Ecross so I had it within two days. No hassle. They genuinely wanted to make it right and backed up their product.
I got this backpack for a trip to Hawaii where I couldn't carry a purse. I was extremely pleased with it. It is good quality and has many pockets of various sizes for all the items you want. Most days I carried a credit card, ID, and room key, snacks, water bottle, change of clothes, our iPhones, and a book or external battery with no problems at all. I love the "hidden" pockets for valuables, and how the strap can be moved from side to side depending on which side you want to carry it on. I would recommend to anybody looking to carry items for a short day trip. A quick note: it is not a good computer bag. My 11-inch thin computer does not fit in even the largest pocket. Not an issue for me at all, but just an FYI.
I Love this bag, been my go to everyday carry (EDC) bag for all kinds of situations. I can throw a thin sweater in for the evenings, it holds headphones and ipad well. It is very convenient. I love the look of this bag and how it blends in with many different outfits and situations. No one thinks anything of it. I love that I am not a walking billboard for the company, however in retrospect.... I have become one, whenever anyone asks me about it. I rave about this bag. The back-facing discreet pocket is quite convenient for cabling and even a think tool kit. I can carry way more than I expected and feel prepared for many situations as well as have a clean and multi-use/occasion bag.
I dont like backpacks. But everytime i travel or do something sporty i feel the need for a backpack.. so i bought this on a whimp while vacationing.. it was on a lightning deal too so i thiught why not. I. Love. It. Wore it to a fun run event today. While i did not take it running, i did use it for the rest of the day. I had a huge battery pack, thick wallet (thick with coins i might add), 2 bottles of water, and other things. Not only that they fit, it didnt feel like it's making my shoulder tired too. Too bad it doesnt come in other colors.
I had to get rid of my previous bagpack that I used as a diaper bag and was really sad! This bag has been the perfect replacement plus had added bonuses that I wish the old bag had. I have three kids, 6 months, 2.5 years and 5 years. We use this for everything from grocery shopping to going on short hikes. I'm able to fit my wallet and phone, some pens, chapstick, sunblock, a small first aid kit, a water bottle, a couple diapers, a thing of wipes and a change of clothes for my two youngest, as well as a couple snacks. With all this, i still have decent room and it foesnt feel bulky or heavy. It works perfect with a front carrier and i love that i can change which shoulder the strap sits on. I love the rear pocket for easy access to my phone and the pocket in the strap for my keys! The little strap to hold sunglasses is also a really nice bonus!I've had this for a couple months now, use it almost everyday, and it still looks brand new!I know it's more intended as a pack for day hikes, but from a mom, thank you for making this bag!!
I just came back from a vacation with a bag almost like this one but wanted to be able to switch sides and be a bit more compact and adjustable. I found this one and put it on my wish list for our next vacation. Ecross was nice enough to tell me it was on a lightning deal so I got it.The fabric is nice and strong and padded along the back and bottom of bag. So many pockets one in the back for a tablet, more in the middle for a phone and chargers. There's even one right next to your back to hide things you want to keep secure. Even one on the strap for cards or cash.I usually wear the bag but sometimes my hubby wears it and likes that he can wear it on his good shoulder. Thanks for making a great bag wish I had found it before the last trip.
Ordered this for my 13 year-old daughter. She loves it!It holds her Chromebook, 2 sketchpads, 2 smaller books, pencil pouch, tablet, water bottle, and charging cords. The only problem is that after 6 months (of HEAVY use), one of the straps at the base of the bag broke. You can switch it over to the other side and continue to wear and use but my daughter says it's very awkward to switch shoulders. This was after HEAVY use, though. It held up better than any of her previous bagpacks. She uses it everyday and packs it FULL. She also tends to throw it around a bit. She loves it so much that I'm willing to buy another one ($20 price not too bad.) Will update review, as needed, if next bag is any different.

Now that I've had this bag for over year, I am confident in leaving a review. I'm a teacher who sometimes uses this bag on my personal time or when I want to get away from my backpack when commuting...and it lets me get away with a lot. The zippers never let me down, the straps have held up, the bottle holder as well. In the images you'll see that my first zipper has some electronic stuff, the second is personal care, the third has my lunch and Mac Air. Granted, the Mac needs to be pushed into the lowest part of the bag to make room for the zipper to zipper it's tapered shape, but it will do it. When I first purchased it, I was imagining a bit larger size, but this thing has Mary Poppins ability. Anyway, buy with confidence.
This worked out great. Took it on our trip to Europe. It has lots of neat spots to hold anything and everything from small to big!Even with me packing everything under the sun in it, it held up fantastic. The strap was well padded to ease the weight. It's well made - the zippers work smoothly and the buckle was used repeatedly. I've had it for 6 months now and there is still no sign of wear or tear. What I really like about it is that you can easily switch the strap so you can wear it across either shoulder.
I bought this for traveling and wanted to try a sling style bag. It recently came with me on a six week trip and had to do the job of a purse and hiking bag, both. The size worked perfectly. It was large enough to handle day hiking necessities but not so big as to be overwhelming. The external bottle holder is a plus. With its draw string top, it held bottles fast even when they ended up in an upside down position. Inside, there are plenty of pockets and the three compartments zip shut tightly.I bought one of the 'camo' versions and was a bit confused by what was meant. This version was of a thick plastic material with black binding in an embossed camo pattern. It ended up working well for my needs but the description of the item could have been better. It looks like the other versions of the bag are cloth but take care with your selection.
Love it!Comfortable to wear on errands or for travel. Very comfortable while biking. The multiple pockets allow for good storage quantity and organization along with the storage. The padded back maintains comfort should you have something odd shaped in the main pocket - ring bound sketchbook for me.The strap is well padded but not overly bulky. The ability to unclasp the strap either in the middle or at the base (which you can then switch sides at the base) is very handy should you have a lot of stuff in the pack... or your hair up in a claw that you don't want to disturb. I do wish the hidden pocket in the strap was bigger - all it fits is my chapstick and lighter. I could see putting my keys in there instead but there aren't any really good pocket spots for small items like chapstick. The bottle holder doesn't hold a normal water bottle - I have a 24 ounce Camelback and it does not fit. But a store-bought bottle of water or other beverage does fit. That would really be my one change.
I purchased the cross body backpack and loved it so much that I purchased another one for my daughter. Unfortunately, the second bag did not have an inside pocket inside the main compartment. I wrote to Outdoor Master explaining my disappointment. The company responded back within 24 hrs, apologized and ask me to send a picture of the bag without the pocket. I did. Within days I received a new bagpack (with pocket) and I was told to keep the second bag free of charge. I would recommend this bag to anyone looking for versatility and good craftsmanship. Very happy.

I use this instead of a purse as an everyday bag. Running around doing mommy stuff, I couldn't take one more purse falling off my shoulder when trying to hold on to kids in a parking lot, and cross-body purses never seem to have enough room or pockets. This bag solves both problems quite nicely. If only I had known about bags like this when I had infants. It would make a great diaper bag without making you look like a frumpy mom loaded down with a tote bag. What I like best about it is the ability to change the side the strap hooks on, depending on whether I want to wear it over my left or right shoulder. I also own an Everest bag that is very much like this one, but it doesn't have the left/right changeability, and it has fewer pockets. The Everest is a well-made bag and I have no complaints about it, I just like the Ecross bag better for my current needs. It's well made, versatile, and reliable.
I was looking for a bagpack to replace another bagpack that I've used for years (that bagpack is still holding up, but the zippers are not). This Ecross bagpack is slightly bigger than my old one, has a few more pockets (including a "security" pocket along the back), and a water bottle holder (for small water bottles). Needless to say, I can put more stuff in the new bag compared to the old one. I also like that you can switch to left or right shoulder if you wanted to.Time will tell if this will be a durable bag. But I didn't have to break the bank for it either :)
Everything I needed in a bag. I've been carrying a giant cross-body purse for years and it was hurting my back and making spontaneous adventures almost impossible. This bag holds everything my other purse held and then some, and feels almost weightless. The pockets keep everything organized, the strap is entirely adjustable, and I don't have to worry about injuring myself or throwing my balance off if I get the urge to go play. And this bag will take a beating. I absolutely love it.
I wore this in the front, made possible by changing the strap at the bottom from one loop to another. That meant I could grab a water bottle and whatever else without having to take the bag off before accessing it, as I'd have to with a backpack. Anyone who knows they'll need different items as you go through a hectic day of traveling/touring will appreciate this. The constant stopping to disengage the backpack made me crazy on previous trips. There's a wide, padded strap that is adjustable. Very comfortable. The kangaroo pouch-like aspect is worth the convenience and security for anyone out on an all-day adventure.
I bought this for vacation because I wanted to be hands free in the airports. This bag was perfect. It's not huge, but it fit my purse, diapers, wipes, snacks and more!I love that there is a tiny pocket on the strap for small things (hair ties, money) and a pocket that sits against your back that fits a phone, credit cards and things you want to keep closer to you. It's become my daily diaper bag. I love being hands free while chasing after my 2 year old. Highly recommend this bag!
I bought this specifically to use as a diaper bag/ purse. I finally realized I didn't need to pack 90% of the baby stuff I had and just needed something easier to carry that wasn't huge. I can easily fit a changing pad, 4 or so diapers, travel wipes case, a couple changes of clothes, burp cloth, pacifier, couple bottles, and my stuff which is wallet, keys, phone, headphones and a few misc things usually. I wish that it was maybe a little bigger, and the adjustable strap was a little bigger but overall I love it and it does its job well.
I'll keep this short and sweet because others have written fantastic in depth reviews for this bag. I think this is an awesome bag because there are tons of pockets -- I especially like the discreet pocket which is nicely concealed when wearing the bag and a great place for me to place my keys when I am walking around the city. My main objectives when looking for an everyday bag were to find one with an exterior water bottle pocket, thoughtful storage inside of the bag and a sturdiness which would be hold up to everyday usage. This bagpack backpack has exceeded my expectations because it's ideal for me and it also comfortably fits my 11" Chrome book.
Used this as a purse replacement on a recent cruise. Easy to carry with me everywhere and store everything I needed. A tiny bit smaller than I was expecting, but I had no issue cramming my needed items into the bag. This was my first every crossbody bag so I definitely wasn't used to the one sided zipper for everything and so twisting it around my body to get the zipper on the right side was annoying, but that was a personal issue, not a quality issue. Lovely color, lovely product. My cruise would not have been as manageable without it.

For the $20 I paid for this, I was delighted. It feels well made, the shoulder padding is substantial, especially considering it will never bear that much weight. The zippers feel like they are of a good quality. There are pockets everywhere. for such a small bag, it's friggen covered in pockets. Small medium, and large where you would expect them. There's a secret pocket on the back side, and yet another one cleverly concealed in the shoulder strap. not huge, but it's enough to stash paper money in. For $20 bucks?I'm just blown away.
I've always hated unweildy bags and purses. Especially when they're designed with one giant area so that everything you carry is jumbled together and you have to dig around to find the one item you actually want.I also despise the inevitable strap falling off the shoulder so one hand is always occupied with holding said strap.I've scoured stores and the internet to find a purse that eliminates those annoyances. And for years, I was unable to find a purse with lots of roomy pockets AND crossbody... until I found this one!Well designed, well organized, nice looking, fits everything I need and still lots of room left. In fact I have found I carry more than I ever had.The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars; I think the bottom would have been better if it were more flat as the bag does not stand upright on it's own.
I received my bag and it worked as expected for the price point. Decent space and carry capacity and while it's not a lot, it's perfect at carrying items for long distance walks. You could also get another strap with two clips to jerry rig a stabilizer strap (which I might just do). Overall a very good product unless you're looking for something that can carry groceries or a basketball. However there was a tag with a link for a free rain cover which (in my excitement) I followed and filled out. All I got was a message saying "subscription added" without any other menu or confirmation showing up. No email either which leads me to believe that this was a simple scam for my info for spam mail (which to be fair, I should've been more careful about). Whether it's related to the parent company at all it's still good to inform about. I will update this with more information at a later date.Edit : It just subscribed me to the email list and they are getting ready to ship the rain covers out, they informed me they'd update what it says as they see how it can be confusing. Customer service was also very helpful (though finding the email was a little difficult).
I looked at several similar ones here on Ecross and decided to try this one. LOVE it! Adjustable straps are comfy, I particularly wanted the water bottle holder, so that was great, and all the pockets are very useful (with organizers in two of them). Won't fit my Lenovo laptop, but would probably fit a smaller iPad. That's not what I bought it for, though. I bought it for a purse substitute / dog supplies carrier / travel bag for hiking trails and walking around town. Looks very nice and the material is sturdy, but soft. I got the teal one. Very happy.
I bought two of these bagpacks on the basis of reviews for a recent trip to Chicago. I was totally impressed with the quality, size and utility of the bag. It is big enough to hold an assortment of items such as my iPad, sunglasses, wallet, sun screen, and maps/brochures, I love the fact that it has multiple compartments with sturdy zipper closures. The fabric and straps are sturdy too, and the color (black with a red accent strip along one zipper) is attractive. I like that it even has a pouch for a water bottle, which came in handy on my trip. This is an exceptional bag for a great price, and I would buy it again without question.
I have many purses and bags, too many some would say. Yet, since purchasing this one, I have reached for nothing else. Even being short stature (5'1") and having a large chest (G-cup), has not prevented this crossbody bag from staying in place and being extremely comfortable. The only negative I say I experience is that due to the variety of pockets available, I will frequently forget what pocket I put things in. Yet that is not the bag's fault and so no deductions deserved. If you are looking for a bag as a woman that can hold your tablet, makeup touch ups, a snack, your water, a giant wallet, a planner and STILL have room for your keys, sunglasses, headphones and writing implements: this is an amazing choice. I have not had buyers remorse on this one and I am still rocking it daily. This is a total must have if you are always on the go and need something roomy, sleek and extremely comfortable for even a short curvy type.
Really love this bagpack, its a great unisex bag. We can fit our Surface with an iPad in the main compartment. I would not recommended it since it will make the bag heavy and we are using this bag hiking and travels. The large compartment can hold my SLR camera and an extra lens. I would not have an SLR camera and a tablet in the same compartment (it can hold both) however the bag is not padded like a camera bag so items will move around with motion and may scratch. The bag does have a pocket to hold a phone, it holds an iPhone, HTC or Galaxy but the Samsung Note or equivalent size is too big for the pocket. The side pocket for a water bottle can hold a 16 oz bottle. Again this bag is being used for hiking or travel so if you are expecting to hold a gallon jug of water, look else where. I like that we can switch the strap to a left or right shoulder for different users comfort. The strap is fairly comfortable. The only pocket that is questionable on size is the one in the strap, I don't know what it can hold maybe a folded bill. Its too small to hold my keys.
I want does what I need it to do. A bit heavier than most. The top of the water bottle holder is not elasticized; 2.5" diameter. Fairly small bottle. My biggest issue is the manufacturer's claim that this pack can carry a 12.5" laptop. No way!I have a book that is 10" x 10". It barely fits that largest compartment. A few 11.5" laptops I saw on Ecross that might fit based on their stated folded dimensions, but no 12.5's. Overall, I'd likely buy it again, but the seller should be more transparent with it's sale pitch.
Bought this for a trip to Hawaii that would involve a lot of walking. This bagpack was great, carried everything I needed, even held my oversized (larger than a regular plastic bottle) aluminum bottle. On top of that, this was terrific as a carry-on for the flight; held my 11" Lenova 2-in-1 plus my wife's Ecross, plus other "stuff". The strap is comfortable and it balances very nicely.
I bought this bag to use for a 4th of July trip to New York and a July trip to Cancun. It held plenty - even an extra pair of shoes - but for my personal comforts, it ran a little big even with the strap tightened. (For comparison purposes, I'm 5'6".) My husband carried it in Mexico and he absolutely loves it. Perfectly sized for him at 5'10" and held everything he needed for a flight, including a couple of books.
I had been searching the malls and big box stores for a sling-style bag that is gender neutral for my spouse and I to use on our many weekend adventures and while traveling. One of our favorite features of this bag is that the bag can be unclasped to switch from left side to right side. This is great because my spouse and I prefer to wear our bags on opposite shoulders. This lower clasp allows us to switch the orientation of the bag quickly and without getting stuck playing around with strap length adjusting. The slim design allows it to be light weight but don’t let it fool you, there is a ton of space for all of your needs! We easily can carry 2 wallets, 2 phones, keys and other items without having a graduate degree in physics. The zippers are not loud and obnoxious - they are hidden - which I really like. It makes the bag have the sleek design that made us choose this bag in the first place. The zippers do not get stuck and work with ease.
Great bag, you could fit a surface pro 4 with a UAG case, however that was pretty much it lol .The cell phone pocket seem like it was ment for a flip phone or small bar size. My S8 couldn't not fit inside it. Also the zippers seem like they were going against each other.lol Let me explain . If you have the strap on one side where the strap pocket is up facing , the pockets from the backpack were on the opposite side. ( so you could not swing the around and open) and via versa .
I needed a new "Dad bag" (as my kids call it). I did a lot of research and ultimately ended up choosing the Ecross bagpack because the reviews were stellar, and I will say, I'm not disappointed. The item arrived exactly when they said it would. The quality of the inside lining, strap, and zippers are solid. Similar bags like this go for double or even triple the price. I highly recommend this bag.

We really like this backpack. We used it for the first time on our weekend trip to Vegas and could not be happier. It’s very compact but still has lots of space and different compartments to put several things. The water bottle pocket is especially nice because it’s nice and deep with a tension cord and our water thermos did not budge. Works especially good with a slimmer water bottle or thermos. The anti theft pocket is really nice and gives you some peace of mind. Also the zipper pocket on the strap is a huge bonus. This bag is well made and durable but still lightweight. Also waterproof for rain. We feel like it’s the perfect bag for walking or riding around with.
