These rules only apply to the products on this website. For matters not stipulated, all rules and regulations of our company shall prevail.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
what should we do if return or exchange is needed ?
- You must contact us within 14 days of receipt to request return information.（Only online payment users） And you should apply for return within 7 days.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Customers will only be charged once at most for return shipping fee ,the cost for reshipment is borne by the seller if the item is defective. Otherwise，any return which isn't related to the defect, all the shipping cost should be borne by the buyer.
- The item must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
- If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the E-cross mall return policy.
- Please be sure to keep the package intact. If the package is damaged or lost, it can not be handled for you even during the return period.
The items that choose cash on delivery as payment method do not support return,only exchange.
If the returned goods are returned or replaced due to quality problems (not caused by any person) or due to the store, we will bear the transportation cost of the replacement (excluding the additional cost such as transportation cost of returned goods and handling fee).
Not in conformity with the handling of returns and exchanges
- Any goods not sold in our shop;
- Customers have used products without quality problems;
- Any goods with quality problems due to abnormal use and storage;
- The website logo does not deal with goods returned or exchanged;
Return and exchange process
- Contact customer service, explain the reasons for return and exchange, and reach agreement with customer service.
- Please make sure to pack several layers to protect the items when preparing the package. Please note that if you want to return the package , there will be no courier arranged to pick up your package, you may go to the delivery station to return it , sorry for the inconvience that may bring to you.

- Contact ordinary express delivery and send out the package.
- Notify the customer service of the tracking number of the package.
- The warehouse receives the goods and then refunds after inspection.
- Payment should be made before opening the package when the buyers choose cash on delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Goods that have been received for more than 30 days are not processed.
Return or replacement service will be provided if the buyers contact customer service to return the goods directly and provide photos and videos on returned product.
Products that have been suspended or out of stock at our site will not be exchanged.
The buyer shall ship the returned goods themselves by any ordinary express and provide us the tracking number of the returned goods.We don’t arrange courier to pick up the parcel.
