The door stoppers were perfect. I sent them to my daughter, a teacher in AZ. After the FL shooting, I wanted her to have this little bit of added defense should there be a problem with an intruder in her school. Learned that their doors open out into the hallway, and the doorstops would not help. The doorstops are being used by those doors that open in and they are strong and work really well with the heavy school doors. A lesson was learned and your doorstops may never be used for the reason I purchased them (please G-d), but these well constructed items are in a high school in AZ
Gotta admit...best doorstops I've ever bought. So far, they've stopped every door dead in it's tracks. Good smell of old fashioned rubber. Remind me of an old Mighty Mouse action figure I had as a kid. And remember...Mighty Mouse stopped those evil alley cat gangsters dead in their tracks too.

They are good standard hard rubber like doorstops. We have what you might call slick simulated wood floors and if you jam right in the door By shoving them a little under the opening of the door at the bottom and pulling the door slightly onto them, they work perfectly. No slide at all. I am very satisfied with my purchase. This is after going to a few stores locally and finding cheap ones that did not work or not finding them at all.
These are great, just what we needed. Our 10 month old grandson is quite apt to stick his fingers in the opening between the door and the wall, running the risk of getting his fingers crunched even if the door doesn't slam. I was looking for a door stop that would be strong enough to keep him from moving the door at all and these do the trick. The first time he encountered an unmovable door he tried with all his might to push it -- while I held my breath. Sure enough the stop held and he finally gave up. Thanks, these have made things so much easier for us especially when the grandkids are over. Love the white color and particularly love being able to push them in myself firmly enough to stay put, no need to have husband do it!
Door stoppers may be old fashioned but they get the job done nicely. I had been using a box with canned drinks inside before, to keep our cat out of my room when I wanted peace. The cat learned to push the door open with that box but not now with the door stoppers.
* UPDATE *I got to thinking even after I left the original review, that "2 stars" was a bit drastic, considering they did appear to work on tile, but weren't working on carpet (at least not on mine) as advertised. I was planning on putting it up to a 3 because of it. I then read their message and contact them and their excellent customer service, I'm actually bumping it up an additional star to 4.I'd still be cautious about using them on carpet, but on a hard surface they do appear to work.* ORIGINAL REVIEW *Put all 4 under my door and these just slide along the carpet allowing the door to continue along it's path, np! The door wasn't going over them as they were actually "wedged" towards the top of the door stopper(s). Guess we don't have the appropriate carpet for these to work properly on? Did try it out with a door and tile and it appeared to work pretty decent (only reason I didn't give it a 1 star). But, that isn't the door we're needing it for. Either way, HUGE disappointment!Again, does seem like it works well on tile, just not our carpet. So guess if you're getting it for carpet, buy at your own risk!
Bought these for my high schoolers and teacher friends to carry for an emergency of an active shooter at school. These are heavy duty and I believe would work very well for keeping the door closed if needed, or open what ever you need it for. My reason to buy them is probably different than yours, but wanted a simple solution to help protect my children in case of an emergency. Also a client of mine after I shared this tip, bought some to take on her travels to ensure her safety as well as many other of my friends to keep in their kid's backpacks. Great buy, great quality!
Update (10 Sep 2017):My original review was 5 stars, and I still believe these are good quality and work very well. However, my experience with the white color is that they quickly start turning yellow. Almost any white or near white color plastic will yellow over time, presumably from UV exposure, but these took very little time to start turning and become a bit ugly looking. The good news: I contacted the vendor who agreed to immediately ship out an equal number of brown door stoppers. I received those in less than a week. As they are a darker color, UV exposure will have a much less obvious affect on them. We'll see how they hold up. Bottom line: I'm still a fan of these, but not a fan of the white color. Dimensions and composition are still very positive features, and clearly customer service is very responsive.Original Review:I tried a few different door stops before coming across these, and for me these have an ideal combination of toughness, flexibility and height. We have under-door gaps ranging from 1/2" (most interior doors) to about an inch (deck and balcony doors), and these fit perfectly in this range (they'll actually work with doors having clearances of from about 3/8" to about 1-1/8"). We have floors covered with different types/textures of tile, hardwood and one room with carpet, and these stops work great on every surface. The rubber composition prefers smooth surfaces, but it's flexible enough to work fine with the more textured surfaces of some tiles by simply pre-loading it a bit... meaning, place your foot in front of the stop and gently pull the door toward you to ride the door a little ways up the stop to compress it a little. If you do this, I can't imagine any surface that this stop would not work on. It's also nice to have these stops come in both an off-white and a brown color. We are using white on our darker floors so the stops can be more easily found in dim light at night. How well the rubber composition holds up over time is an unknown since I've had them for only a short while, so there's no way to know if they will become more brittle over time. But my guess is they'll be fine for years, and for now they work at least as well as any I've tried and they cost less than $3 each which is a good deal, Highly recommended.
They are great and the price is good. Because of their material, I have one slipping while being used, simply because of the grease on the floor, I am using them in a fast food restaurant to keep the back door open along with the bathroom doors, to make cleaning etc. at night to be simple and easy. Also, things disappear here a lot, so the price is right, I will eventually have to replace them, because they will simply disappear. Thanks so much, surely an excellent inexpensive door stop. I received 4 in one package, which is a good value. They truly are helpful.
The doorstops appear to be we'll made and seem like they will last. Received an (unsolicited) email from the company wanting to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase before I even received the item. The email even said that if I was not happy with the doorstops, I could keep them and I'd still be given a refund. I appreciate good customer service, especially these days when many don't stand behind their product after the purchase. I didn't pay attention to the fact that these only fill a gap of approx 1 1/2" or less. One of my interior doors has a larger gap than that so I just inverted 2 of the stoppers, stacking them on top of each other, to make it work.. and it does. The only minor issue I have is, I ordered a set of dark brown stoppers (and in the picture they look dark brown). But when mine came they appear to be more of a reddish brown. Just doesn't match the color scheme as well but I'm happy with the quality of the product.

These doorstops are probably fine for most doors, but for the commercial doors in my residence hall, these are a bit flimsy and tend to slide.EDIT: A month later, these door stops have inexplicably become better, Although they still deform somewhat under pressure, they also seem to stick to the floor better, and one doorstop is now enough to hold open my door. I wonder if the doorstops were still slippery/oily from the factory, and got stickier after they finished outgassing? Either way, I take back my earlier criticism, these are fine doorstops. Just be aware you might have to wash or age them a little to get them to work properly. Also, kudos to the seller for excellent customer service: if they hadn't contacted me, I wouldn't have thought to update this review.

I wasn't looking for an actual door stop; I was looking for wedges to keep a jug, placed on a high, shelf from rolling. The typical furniture wedges are hard plastic and quite thin; I was concerned they would slide or the jug would roll over them during a tremor (earthquake zone). These rubber door stops were the perfect thing. They are off white so blend in with the paint color; however, they are not even visible from standing at the floor below. Very happy with this choice.

The door stopper works great on my bedroom doors. They blend in with my floors so they arent noticeable. I only wish I had measured the space on all my doors because these stoppers only work on my bedroom doors. My bathroom doors have more space from the floor but I'm sure that is to allow more ventilation. I guess I dont really need a door stop for my bathrooms anyway. Nevertheless, these do what I needed and I'm happy with the product.
I use these door stoppers for our big windows that swing inwards. The door stoppers are soft, which means they don't mark the surface (this was important to me), but this also means you have to push them in tightly to make them work. The stoppers work very well for me. Initially they smelled, but that dissipated quickly. The seller contacted me right after purchase, to make sure I had measured my door and the door stoppers would fit and that I could return them if they didn't. I thought that was very conscientious and I appreciated the follow up.
I needed these for both types of floors and they work well. My husband builds homes for a living and he has taught me that doors can be hung at all different distances from the floor - so if this doesn't work for you - it may not be the fault of the door stop - it could be that your doors are hung too high. I have some other door stops that are brown plastic and these go higher than they do and these - being rubber - seem to help tighten the gap - some doors slip off the plastic ones. I am very happy with these.
These stoppers do the trick. They're not too soft, and not too hard. The doors I'm using them on are located on carpet, so I can't speak for how they would respond to hard surfaces (i.e., dunno if they would slip, although I suspect they'd do fine). The material is not squishy at all, but they're not super rigid as well. Seems to work fine for the price point. One complaint is that they're made of cheaper materials, so initially, they emited an odor. But I've had them for several months now and seems to be okay.
First of all, these smell really rubbery and have some sort of oily/greasy residue on them. Second of all, they are really thick and don't work on my interior doors (not enough gap between the door and the floor). I guess that's my fault for not measuring my doors first. I wish the end was a true 45-degree angle and more "pointy".**UPDATE** Customer service reached out to me and offered a refund since I was not 100% happy with the product. For that, I'll give it 5 stars.
Read some reviews on these before I bought them and I took the advice of one and washed them before use. And I love them! Best door stop I have ever used! I work in a hotel and we have wood floors and the door stops the company bought us are these bean bag ones we are supposed to use but they are not heavy enough so the door closest which is okay if your in a check out but trying to clean a stay over you need the door to stay open and these door stops are the best. And the best part is where they are a flexible rubber it's not damaging the door and it's not damaging the floor.

I bought a package of these because I teach at a shall-not-be-named public school that is too cheap to provide proper door stoppers. I like to prop the door open before and after class to get some fresh air in the room and make it easier for the class to enter and exit. These worked extremely well with the heavy metal doors. They worked so well that within three days, they had all been stolen by other faculty to prop their own doors open. I guess I'll have to buy some more.
These Door Stops worked perfectly for me. I needed to keep 3 very determined Siberian Huskies from shoving & lifting & pulling open the metal swing door gate to my bedroom (a safe haven for the cats) Because the Door Stops are higher & longer they can no longer lift up the gate. I had to use 2 of the 4 pack, So far they have worked out great, I'm sure they would be perfect for their original purpose (doors) if needed again, I would purchase this product.
But now I have them in case my dogs decide to eat them. Now onto my situation, my front door is about an inch higher then the carpet (slight down step coming in), these will hold the door open when I want sun to come in or watch the storms pass. Not many have the height of these about 3/4". These are like the ones you see in schools (if your not a young whipper snapper).
I was using rocks to keep doors open to my apartment building's utility room, trying to keep the workers from scuffing the paint on the doors. I also a, using one for the laundry room door, and I have one for me, too. They work really well, and the seller provides excellent customer service. The four-pack was just what I needed. Highly recommend these rubber door stoppers!
I was looking for something to hold my heavy, large, pneumatic door at school. I read the reviews and questions and hoped for the best. These things are perfect! I'll agree they had a strong plastic smell and some had an oily substance on the bottom (probably a remnant of the manufacturing process). The smell dissipated a few minutes after I took them out of the bag, and I used a bleach wipe to remove the residue. Part of me wants to share the wealth with other teachers, but the selfish part of me is going to squirrel them away in the event that they're discontinued. I'll be happy to share the link with my colleagues instead. ;)
You know, door stops do matter. I looked at maybe 30 different kinds before I found these. Just the right size, absolutely non-skid, and in a lighter color so I can see them clearly against my dark floors. I have a couple of bedroom doors that will slam shut if there is the slightest breeze, and I need a foolproof way to keep that from happening. And when I don't need them I just slip them in a dresser drawer until next time. Quick shipping from the seller and I would absolutely recommend.
Our bedroom and laundry room doors tend to slam closed when we have windows open. Some doors are off a bit so they do not actually close, therefore the doors will bang closed when windows are open. These stoppers work great to either keep the doors open or I put them in the opening to keep the doors mostly closed but not bang closed. This allows the door to be mostly closed but opened easily.
Descent quality - However, measure the height under the doors you plan to use them for. Never occured to me, especially as their angled. But are not useful for most doors to outside. For ex, from garage into hall/kitchen. Otherwise, worth the 4-pk. The white is a shiny cream color - which sticks out more than one would think. Although, for a bedroom or inner door, especially a room with carpeting, these are ideal.
The company really cares about their product and that is nice. I didn't find these door stoppers to be better than the ones I got at Walmart which are equally priced. I wish I could say they are phenomenal. They seem to have a light coating of some slick material on them and seem solid as a product.
I have a house that seems to "tilt" with the winds such that some days the pantry door doesn't want to stay open or closed but somewhere in the middle. The same with the bathroom door and the kitchen doors. These little doorstops are the perfect solution to keeping the door exactly where I want them. I highly recommend them for usability, quality and price. They also work when tightly wedged to keep a door closed against intrusions.
I'm so happy with these four stoppers that I'm going to buy some more. The 4-pk I bought is in service propping up my sewing machine and my serger. It tilts the stitching area forward & cuts down on my back and eye strain. The next ones I but will be used for its intended purpose to prop open my French doors. I like the good quality of this rubber door stopper, the lifetime warranty that is offered and the nice thank you letter from the seller. I'm glad I bought this.
These are just what we wanted--strong enough and no slippage on our bathroom floor, so they hold well. The 2-year-old grandson can no longer visit at will. (Doorknob cover didn't work on this old doorknob and we sometimes want to leave the door ajar to allow moisture to escape.) They'd do for a carpeted floor too. The only drawback is slight damage to the bottom of the door. It's worth it!
Doors need to be kept slightly ajar to assist in the efficiencies of the air-conditioning/heating unit. So one is needed on each side of the door to keep the dog from entering the room and drafts from closing the door. Too soon to determine durability. Value for money is decreased since two per door was required; however, there may be other solutions but this was making do with what was ordered.
I love these. My gramma always had them. But bought them for the wrong reason. I had hoped I could shove one on inside against outside doors for added safety. When I read instructions/comments, it talked abt a "gap" under door to push against. Since they are outside doors there isn't any gap but maybe if I push it up against tight, it could add a little secure feeling.
I was looking for a solution to holding open very heavy doors on a wooden floor. I tried heavy stone statues and the doors just slid close pushing them out of the way (scratching the floor a bit too). These door stoppers did the trick ... they hold the doors open and do not slide! Works great with doors on wood floor as well as the door that's on carpet, they grip the floor and stay where you place them.I can't speak to durability yet, as I've only been using them a week ... but they appear as though the will hold up.
I only wanted 1 of these door stoppers, but the order came in a lot of 4. Good thing! My dog found them very flexible, rubbery, and CHEWY! He practically ate the 1st one, so I was happy a had a few more to do the job. These door stops aren't your common plastic ones. They are rubber, durable, lightweight and stick to the floor without leaving marks.
Spring and fall, we like to leave the windows and doors open a lot for fresh air in the house. That can lead to a lot of slamming interior doors blowing closed if it's breezy outside. Solution ? These 4 great doorstops, nice and sturdy, at a great price (like half the cost of buying 4 at my local hardware store).
I live in a small town, where out of seven department stores, none of them sell doorstops! After shopping on Ecross for awhile, I settled for this product because I needed more than one doorstop and the asking price was inexpensive. The doorstops themselves work really well on carpet or linoleum. Highly recommended!

We live in windy Oklahoma and keeping the doors open in the Spring to air out the house and bring fresh breezes in consisted of finding bricks to hold the doors back until I found these wonderful doorstops. They are not hard but plyable and slightly "suctiony" to the hardwood floor, but easily moved. They are strong too. Make sure you measure the gap between floor and door and I did. They also look like they might last forever!
I purchased these items to hold open a heavy duty door at the retirement home I work at. As a server, we need the dining room doors open to go back and forth with the food trays. These doors are made of metal and very heavy weight, which means they need a very well made door stop to keep the door open. These door stops do the job with no problem.

These non-skid, sturdy door stops work great and have just the right slope (angle) & height. In my opinion I would rather pay a bit more per unit for such quality vs. slightly cheaper door stops. Would definitely buy them again . . . but these are the first & perhaps last (set of) doorstops I have ever owned. I got them to keep my bathroom door propped open to prevent my dog from locking herself inside while I am at work. They also work great in temporarily keeping open common doors of the apartment building I live in.
I like these doorstops. The package comes with four, and I have enough for my whole house.I wish they were a little bigger but my doors hang high so maybe that's just me. I found a way to make them work.Side note: my dog hoards them and we often find ourselves looking for doorstops under her bed. If you have a chewer, these might not be the door stops for you.
These doorstops work just fine on wood floors by stopping regular household doors from slowly closing by themselves. However, their color is an off white ivory and not white, so they don't match well with my white doors. If getting doorstops that are white is important to you, don't buy these. If you're more interested in value and medium weight, good-sized doorstops that will probably do the trick, these are a good buy.
I bought these door stoppers to use on a solo trip to Guadalajara. I am staying in an Airbnb with multiple guestrooms. Even though I feel totally safe, I put the stopper on the inside of the door when I go to sleep at night, just in case. It gives my family more peace of mind. I like the idea too and plan to use it whenever I travel because you never know.
Came promptly. Needed to wash off the greasy film, probably a mold release from manufacturing. Not a big deal.Puppy really likes it as a chew toy. So I lost one to him. Subsequent looks-of-death cured his initiative. The door stop is now working fine. Let's see how long that lasts. One star less for not puppy-proof :-)
These work perfectly! Exactly what I was looking for and were very affordable with very fast shipping. Thank you for the simple transaction. I would recommend these to someone who isn’t looking for anything fancy but something that actually works. They remind me of those that they often used in school when classes weren’t air conditioned.
These door stoppers are flexible and easy to use. They work with all heights of doors. I have one door that has a larger gap beneath, than most units and this stopper works well. These doorstops don't slide. They stay where you put them. Since they are all rubber, there isn't any concern of the backing peeling away. Nice product, I am happy with this purchase.
We usually request connnectng rooms while staying at hotels and got tired of wedging washcloths under the doors to keep them open. Decided to order these door stoppers and they do the job properly. They did not have a noticeable rubber odor when they arrived, which is a good thing as they were put in a suitcase the day after delivery. Very happy with this product.
These doorstops do exactly what they were designed to do, in our case we use them to make sure the doors don’t slam when we open the front and back door for a cross breeze. We have grandkids and dogs and we certainly don’t want those door catching them as the wind blows them shut. On the downside my dogs think they are just one more toy and run off with them.
While these weren’t as tall as I expected and didnt work for my doors, I made do by doubling them! We have really large gaps under our doors though because the house we live in is older. I couldn’t find any that actually fit, but two of these together was perfect! I will also take them when we finally move and use them under the doors at our new house!
I liked the fact that these door stoppers are better made than the previous ones I used. They fit under my door very well. They arrived promptly after ordering them. I only wish that I could have ordered 2 instead of 4. But thats not really a problem as I am sure I will find someone who can use the extras.
I have a 1 1/4 inch space between my door and the floor. Our current door stopper would not stay put on the ground so the door was always closing even when we tried to keep it open a bit with the stopper. These door stoppers work wonderfully. They fit perfectly in the space between the door and the floor, and they keep the door in place where we want it to be. We are very satisfied with these.
Bought these to help me with some doors in my new condo, as I always carry heavy stuff through the main door and need a way to go back and forth between my condo and the elevator. These are light but sturdy and do the job. I'm also using a couple in my bedroom to keep my closet door open - loaded my shoes onto the door - and to keep the main door open to allow air flow throughout the day - woudl rather do this than mess with the door to ensure it stay open. I'd buy again!
Actually, this is a really good doorstop. The only problem I had with it was that I was thought I was buying a larger doorstop. These are really just regular sized doorstops. This one is really too small for the purpose that I purchased it for, which was to place under a stage platform to help keep it from moving. I'll have to keep looking for that size, but fortunately, I also needed doorstops for six regular doors and these work perfectly for this.
I've been looking for a door stop for my classroom door that wouldn't damage the floor or the door itself.Happy to say Home Premium has created one of the best door stoppers. The item is heavy and made of quality materials. I plan on using these rubber stoppers for a long time!Teacher approved.
Love these! Great product, great price. I use them on the floor and up in the door jam, work perfect both places. The high is great for my husband who has a hard time bending over, but the low is great for our son as he can't reach that high. Great product, worth the investment.
Bought these to prevent my outdoor lounge chairs from rolling into the pool during summer high winds. They work great at keeping the back wheels from moving. They're also barely noticeable since they're close in color to the chairs. Will buy again if I need replacements.
Just as described and exactly what we wanted. We use these for door stops around the house as well as to keep the pedestal drawer under our washer closed. The plastic latch broke off, just before these arrived, and we discovered it's perfect to kick under the drawer to keep it closed when we are not getting something out. Good quality--heavy duty enough but flexible to insure a tight fit.
These Rubber Door Sttoper - Mulit Surface door Stops by Home Premium are very nice. They are a heavy duty Rubber in a off white color and they fit under doors space that are up to 1 1/4" inches. I found that on one of my doors that had are larger space the 1 1/4", if I put the stopper to the back of the door the space there was actually smaller, (someone doesn't know how to cut doors even, but what do you expect for a Rental) and it worked. So, yes these are perfect for what I need. AND they are a good price.
Works exactly as expected. Too bad that my dog thinks everything on the floor is his toy. Hi loves pulling the door stopper out from under the door and wrestling with it. Of course he chews on it also, but the good news is that its very durable and is holding up much better than all his expensive dog toys. The door stopper works greats to hold open the door and it amuses my dog - what a great deal.

they work well at my school. I have a heavy door with little children, and I can't have the door slam shut on their fingers. the floor is slippery, so they do slip a little. I have to step on it and pull the door forward to make them work. but they are big and made of rubber, so it's better than what I had in the past.
It is the perfect size for almost any door. I have it to keep a door in a narrow laundry room open. I have an extra for any interior or exterior door. The size is perfect for a gap from about 1/2 inch to 1 inch. Once it is set, there is no need to adjust.
Received quickly. Seem to be good quality. Worked fine for our doors although I worried after ordering that the door gap may be larger than the height of door stop. I didn’t check before ordering. Works fine! Use at school on multiple doors.
I use doorstops for lots of things in addition to holding doors open—leveling tables, keeping flower pots from sitting directly on the floor, and keeping my Roomba from going rogue while it’s charging are some examples. These are great for every task I’ve given them. Their size and texture are perfect to keep them where they need to be, but they are also unobtrusive. I had been looking for this type of doorstop unsuccessfully for quite a while, and based on the good price I was a little worried that they were going to be small and flimsy like the only ones I ever see in stores. No worrying needed—these were the ones I was trying to find!
In light of all of the recent mass shootings I actually purchased the door stoppers to use to block active shooters who may blowout a lock but with the doorstop in place they would be prevented from entering, so I’m giving one to all my kids and some friends —it’s a sad world we live in but this is a very simple way to quite possibly save lives. of course the door would have to open into the room in order for this to work I’m figuring.
It will stop your door. I had several doors that needed them with different heights and these are taller stoppers so they worked well. I needed from 1/2" to over an 1". I like that they blend with my decor, seem sturdy and do the trick of holding the door open on carpet, tile and wood.
"You have received a message from the Ecross Seller - Shop & Co.""Hey Did You Get It?"Yes. I was E-mailed to leave a review for this product. The Rubber Door Stoppers work very well on wood flooring but not as good on certain tile flooring. These are hollow, are very flexible and have a rubber stench strong enough to fill a large room. The door wedges can stop doors from opening to an extent, until they start to bend and slide under the door when too much force is used.P.S. Tom, the product works but it's not for me, I'll still use them though.
The rubber door stopper worked perfectly on my office door at work - without one the door slowly closes and everyone thinks the office is closed. The door is cut high, so this particular door stopper worked well. The vendor suggests that you measure the gap under your door to be sure you order the correct stopper.
I purchased these door stoppers for my work to assist in propping doors open on tile floors. They do the job well, but sometimes the stoppers do not grip the floor well enough and will slide out of place. However, once you sort of tuck the stopper underneath the door frame a bit more, they hold put.
We have items like this one at work and they are not as nice. This brand has more base to it and is sturdier. I think it will hold up to time better than others I've used. They do have a bit of greasiness to them, which is odd, but I assume part of the production process. You can just wash the off before use.
These work great to hold classroom doors in the building my kids are in. They are not a safety measure to keep them open, but a stopper to hold them open when you have 30 elementary age kids coming through. They hold even the heavy school doors with no problem.
We live in the country where there are BIG winds! I like to have the windows open during the summer but hate the solid doors slamming shut with the wind. These rubber door stoppers work well to alleviate that problem and they work better than the stackable wedges that we've tried in the past.
I had picked up some door stoppers at a hardware store but they were real small and did not do the job like the large ones I remembered. I order Home Premium Rubber Door Stopper - Multi Surface Door Stop Wedge with Heavy Duty Design -and they are just what I needed.
I ordered these for an unconventional use... I have a toolbox and a large compartment bag in the trunk of my car. Prior to putting these door stops under them they'd always slide around. I'd have to push them to the back of the trunk every time I opened it. These door stops worked perfectly to combat this. Problem solved ?? Great product at a great price!
Really happy with these. Locally, I could not find doorstops that are white / off-white. They are tall at the highest point of the wedge, so work well for our doors. (I had previously bought doorstops that were shorter and the doors just glided right over them.) They're sturdy and nicely weighted.
Hard to give a bad review since they are simple rubber door stops that stop doors. My dogs think they are intended to be carried throughout the house so I am glad I bought a 4 pack since they keep going missing.
I bought these because the ones around the office were too wimpy. These work great. They work so well, each and every one magically disappeared from my desk and I can find them being used around the office. That's why I bought them. Good product.
These are very, very nice door stoppers. I love the neutral color and the fact that there is skirting around them to make them even more unlikely to move should a strong wind come racing through your home. I have bought three or four sets of these so all of my doors can't slam shut owing to weather conditions.
Product's durability gives assurance that an intruder cannot forcefully open any door from the outside, especially a hotel door, even if they have a key! A really good idea for vacations, or if you are when traveling alone!
for my apartment complex. for all the doors that close on their own. but a total pain when I keep going thru those hallways. These were perfect....and totally worked for very heavy doors. I bet my neighbors were thankful too.
Sadly, I bought these doorstops after the latest round of school/workplace shootings to give to my family to keep on their person and block any doors as a first line of defense. They arrived quickly and are of good quality. I pray to God we never have to use them.
We barely notice it is there, which is great and it fit our doors just fine. I even got an email (forgot to answer back) from the seller. We got it to keep our baby from constantly opening and closing the door. It wedged in well and he doesn't notice it is there. It blends in well with our floor
Great product. These door stoppers are really valuable in my shop. I’ve an espresso house in anrather old building where not much is plumb. These are the first stoppers that work on all my doors. Great buy. I highly recommend them.
While I think I should have gotten a stopper that is not flexible, these still are able to hold my very heavy metal fire door open. The door pushes back some but it works good enough to keep it propped and allow fresh air into my office! They work like a dream on my regular wooden door in the front. Very happy with the product.
The rubber door stops are very effective at their job and are a good deal for the money. I liked that I could purchase a Multipack and the order comes with a lifetime guarantee. Customer service was excellent and delivery was prompt. My only slight complaint was that the door jams seemed a little greasy or sticky coming out of the package (possibly from the heat during shipping?). Other than that, I have had no issues. Just make sure you measure the space under your door. These will not work with a very wide gap, as the sellers warn.
I bought these door stoppers for an unconventional reason... I wanted a cheap way to keep my old washer from traveling all the way across me cement floor while washing a large load. These door stoppers have enough adhesion to keep the washer (mostly) in place while washing. They do a great job! Even holding the washer back myself is a bit of a challenge (and of course, inconvenient) so I resorted to these wedges to keep it in place. If they can hold that bulky andgry thing in place, on cement floors, they can hold your doors. Easily.
My wife asked for better door stops to replace the small brown hard plastic stops that were purchased at a local home center. I found these on Ecross ordered 2 packs for extra ( you never know other possible uses). Super product! My wife even took two of them to her workplace. Super product and service!!!! A ++++
The Door stoppers arrived on time and in excellent condition. They are exactly as described. Great for lighter doors, Takes some work to get them to work on heavier doors with strong closing mechanisms. But a good purchase overall.
This item is recommended for schoolkids to carry in their knapsacks in the event of an active shooter entering their school. Lightwieght and malleable enough that it can be jammed under most standard doors. God willing it will never come to that but probably more reliable than waiting for sensible gun legislation.
Handy bits of strong rubber for door stops and whatever else might need a bit of a wedge. We also keep them in our overnight bags as extra security for doors that while locked might not be secure. We also keep them in our bug-out bags.
Works for keeping our doors open when the windows are open. The material is soft though so they are getting scuffed up through removing and putting back in place, so not sure how long they are going to last but, for now they are okay.
I had a favorite door stop for my classroom that disappeared. I bought these, mainly because they were affordable. I’ve used the same one daily now for over two months and it’s worked great. I was skeptical that they would break easily, but I’m definitely satisfied with the quality of the product.
Terrific door stoppers Arrived promptly and in good condition.. Sadly, I bought these for friends who are teachers to put in classroom doors as another line of defense against shooters. They are sturdy and will do the job and I pray they will never be neededIn happier circumstances I would buy them again.
I had heard that keeping doorstoppers handy was a good idea when traveling. Use them as an extra security tool inside your hotel room door while you are in the room. So I bought these. Have yet to make use of them, though.
These brown rubber wedges will serve their purpose just fine to keep your doors open or closed.Putting one in my suitcase for when I travel to shove under the hotel room door - you know, for all of my John Wick-ish situations.
I bought these, sadly, to send to school with my children. I tested them on my hardwood floor with our front door, which has a rather high clearance, so these were just high enough and would have worked to keep the door open. I'm just concerned about them having what they need to keep doors closed. These stops are a heavy duty plastic.
This rubber one works very well. Although this one does have some rubber smell (like vehicle tires) but that is how all the rubber items are. Happy to get the rubber one instead of hard plastic one.
Works like door stoppers should. Only 4 stars due to them being covered in a heavy oily film, had to wipe them all down so no stuff got on the carpet of doors. I wonder what that chemical is....
Purchased these door stoppers for the many doors in our church facility. Really pleased with the product, excellent quality and a perfect fit for our doors. What was most striking was the exceptional customer service. Several emails from the vendor about their product with helpful information and a reminder that they want us to be satisfied and can return them if any problem, etc. Really refreshing to deal with a company with a quality product and quality service to match, that is a rare thing these days!
Timely received package of 4 door stoppers. I use two of them to prop my laptop so that it stays cool. I use the others for doors. They are nice and sturdy. Great price too.
